Objective: To investigate the LISS minimally invasive system for fracture of femoral condyle(limited invasive Stabilization system, LISS) internalfixation after rehabilitation functional training methods. Methods: from 2012 September to 2014 December in our hospital, the application of LISS plate in the treatment of femoral condyle fracture in 30 cases, male 17 cases, female 13 cases; mean age 54 years(18-82 years). Including 20 cases of traffic accident injury, high fall injury in 6 cases, 4 cases with bruise; open injury in 3 cases, 27 cases of closed injury. The use of minimally invasive operation of small incision reduction, the periosteal and muscle insertion plate, percutaneous small incision with locking screw and plate screw internal fixation in the head of a single, after 14 days of professional CPM knee rehabilitation exercise machine Co.Results: the patients after 1 years of regular follow-up, all fractures healing. The function of knee joint in patients with subjective feelings and objective examination results to Kolment score to assess. Excellent in 13 cases, good in 6 cases, 1 cases of L patients, difference. The excellent and good rate was 90.5%. In all cases, the wounds healed well, no fracture internal fixation, no infection happened. Conclusion: LISS internal fixation system design is excellent and unique, can protect periosteum and bone fracture to the blood, CPM machine can prevent joint stiffness, promote the repair of articular cartilage, improve the joint activity, the combination of the two can promote healing of fractures andknee joint function recovery, is worth the clinical promotion.
