This paper's aim is to synthesize ten key pyrrole intermediate compounds by chemical synthesis. As a basis for the futher synthesis we use the green synthesis method synthesizing seventeen novel pyrrole dihydropyridine compounds B1-B17. The Structure of the synthetic novel compounds is verified with the help of the melting point determination and the modern analysis and test methods:TLC, IR, HNMR. Seventeen novel pyrrole dihydropyridine compounds are all new compounds. The thesis is divided into the following sections:1. Through database we can read a large number of references to collect relevant references on pyrrole alkaloids and dihydropyridine compounds and summarize research overview about these two compounds.2. Application of the idea of inverse synthetic and using knorr synthesis method we can firstly synthesize five pyrrole alkaloids intermediates A1-A5, the derivatives of pyrrole A6-A10are obtained by using compounds A1-A5as material, THF-HAc-H2O as solvent and ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) as oxidizer. Finally, we studiy the properties of the compounds and experimental conditions are analyzed and discussed in order to find the optimal reaction conditions.3. On the basis of the synthesis of the pyrrole alkaloids intermediates, we use pyrrolo aldehydes A6-A10, ammonium acetate, and methyl acetoacetate (ethyl acetoacetate, acetyl acetone, benzoyl acetone) as raw materials for further synthesis of17dihydropyridine compounds B1-B17. Finally, we study the properties of the compounds and experimental conditions are analyzed and discussed in order to find the optimal reaction conditions.4. We summarize the main work and research significance, and provide theoretical and practical foundation for further research and application of dihydropyridine, providing possible candidate compounds for new drug development.
