Objective: To obtain parameters by using320row dynamic volume CT scanning andthen measure the cohesion E angle and upper and lower lumbar pedicle sagittal F angle,through statistical analysis of a range of angles to guide the implants of pedicle screw.Materials and Methods:60cases from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine inpatient and outpatient are chose whosepedicle,herringbone crest and spinous have no significant variation between the ages of30-50years old.Using volume scan of320-slice spiral CT and then transmit the data to theCT workstation, using Vitrea software (Vitrea fx version2.0) for three-dimensionalreconstruction of the data obtained.Using bone window(2000L,300W) and MPRtechnology observe the coronal, sagittal and axial plane images at any anglemulti-directional.Confirmed that no significant variation can be seen in the cases.Select theherringbone and the midpoint of the narrowest point of the pedicle and then link the two asthe best route into the nail.Measuring the angle between the line and the spine of thepedicle, namely cohesion E angle; the angle between the upper and lower parallel lines ofits vertebral end plates that F down sagittal angle.Results: In the situation of no significant variation of pedicle,herringbone crest andspinous can be seen, when the herringbone crest is chose as the entry point into thenail,after statistical analysis we found that the screw angle between the left and right sideof the same vertebral bodies, between men and women,between20to30years old and30to40years old have no obvious difference in the crowd. The screw angle we recommendare as follows:L1?8.2±2.6?1.5±0.7??L2?10.5±1.6?1.3±0.9??L3?13.8±2.4?0.8±0.9??L4?17.6±4.2?0.9±1.2??L5?23.7±4.3?1.1±1.3?? Note: When measuring the sagittal F angle the upward angle is positive, and viceversa is negative.
