Narrow Spectrum UVB Combined Oral Azithromycin Treatment Of Facial Acne

Objective:To analyze the pathogenesis and treatment of acne, and to explore the treatment of acne vulgaris good compliance, high efficacy of treatment programs, with the aid of oral antibiotic azithromycin narrow spectrum UVB.Methods:July 2012 and December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed during the clinic all data Han acne patients treated in our department.Results:All lesions of the face area of each type of treatment group was 67.32%, the control group was 62.50%, the two groups was not statistically significant.Improved lesion on the forehead between the two groups were significantly different (partition); treatment group improved rate of 77.57%,57.86% improvement in the control group (p= 0.023), differences between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The auxiliary narrow-band UVB improve oral azithromycin treatment gap.Azithromycin therapy for acne vulgaris gap good compliance, high efficacy and safety, clinical already widely, and with the aid of its narrow-band UVB treatment of acne new therapies and new research findings to guide the treatment of acne are described.
