Objective:To investigate the effects of the clinical efficacy and prognosis of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Analyze of factors affected the concurrent chemoradiotherapy,to determine a reasonable treatment.Analyze the complications and survival situation of the patients, reduce or eliminate the adverse factors and improve their quality of life and survival rate. Methods:Investigate the clinical data of 125 patients who with advanced cervical cancer and treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in Drum Tower Hospital from 2008 to 2010.Results:125 cases were followed up for 5 years, all patients were followed up for five years.48 patients died of tumor recurrence or metastasis,35 patients died within 3 years after the end of treatment, three year survival rate was 72%.48 patients died within five year after treatment, five year survival rate was 61.60%.Single factor analysis showed the patients into two groups,?45 and>45 years, total 3 year survival rate was 90%and 63.53%,P = 0.00,there was statistically difference, the overall five-year survival rate is 80%and 52.94%,P =0.00,there was statistically difference; The total 3 year survival rate of patients with squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was 70.91%and 80%,P = 0.46,there was no statistically difference, the overall five-year survival rate is 67.27%and 20%,P = 0.00,there was statistically difference; The three groups patients distinguished by the differentiation of low, medium and high, the total 3 year survival rate was 57.50%,76.27%,84.62%,P = 0.03,there was statistically difference, the overall five-year survival rate is 35%,71.19%and 80.77%,P = 0.00,there was statistically difference;? b period,? period and IVperiod patients, the total three years survival rate was 94.55%,63.83%and 34.78%,P = 0.00,there was statistically difference, the overall five-year survival rate is 84.45%,59.57%and 8.70%,P = 0.00,there was statistically difference;According to tumor diameter whether more than 4cm divided into two groups, the total 3 years survival rate was 85.11%and 64.10%,P = 0.01,there was statistically difference, the overall five-year survival rate is 74.47%and 53.85%,P = 0.02,there was statistically difference; Before concurrent chemoradiotherapy hemoglobin greater than or equal to 110g/L and less than 110g/L of the patients, the total of three year survival rate was 84%and 64%,P=0.02,there was statistically significant, the overall five year survival rate was 72%and 54.67%,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically different;lymph node metastasis group and non lymph node metastasis group, the total of three years the survival rate was 81.18%and 52.50%,P=0.00,there was statistically significant, the overall five year survival rate was 76.47%and 30%,P=0.00,there was statistically significant.Multivariate analysis showed that the degree of differentiation(P=0.00)and FIGO stage(P=0.00)of patients affected the three years and five years survival rate significantly. The age, pathological classification, tumor size and hemoglobin content of patients was no significant difference in the three years and five years survival rate influence.Radioactive enteritis:there were 77 cases of all patients completed treatment with radiation enteritis, the incidence rate was 61.60%;radiation cystitis:there were 8 cases of patients with radiation cystitis, which occurred in 6.40%;6 patients with lower extremity lymph edema, the incidence rate was 4.80%;114 cases of patients with varying degrees of bone marrow depression symptoms, accounted 91.20%;125 patients with vulvitis, the incidence of 100%;119 cases of gastrointestinal symptoms, the incidence rate was 95.2%.By single factor analysis, there was no significant correlation between the occurrence of concurrent chemoradiotherapy and the age, tumor type, differentiation degree, tumor size,FIGO stage, the amount of hemoglobin. Conclusion:the results of statistical analysis showed that concurrent chemoradiotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of cervical cancer,it can improve the patients' three years and five years total survival rate, and it is consistent with the related research at home and abroad in recent years. The study found that the long-term survival rate of the patients with advanced cervical carcinoma and treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy is related to age, tumor type, differentiation degree, tumor size,FIGO stage and the amount of hemoglobin, and the degree of differentiation and FIGO stage are independent factors. The analysis of the clinical data of cervical cancer can provide reference for clinical treatment choice of individual in advanced cervical cancer.Clinical study of complications of cervical cancer after radiotherapy and concurrent chemochemotherapy, the patients was prone to radiation enteritis, radiation cystitis, lymph node edema of lower extremity, bone marrow suppression, vulvitis and gastrointestinal symptoms, there was no significant correlation between these complications and age, tumor type, differentiation degree, tumor size,FIGO stage and the amount of hemoglobin of the patients.
