Hip CEA Value Measurement To Compare And Its Clinical Significance Of The Xinjiang Kazak And Han Nationality

Objective:To measure and compare the Xinjiang region, the nationality of Han hip center edge angle (CEA) value for clinical hip disease clinics, provide a reference design of the prosthesis.Methods:Randomly selected, nationality of Han adult pelvic anteroposterior film114cases,93cases, the X-ray measurement of the size of the center edge angle. Results:Kazak men left, right hip center edge angle to35.68±3.80degrees,35.94±3.74degrees;Han men left and right hip center edge angle of33.76±3.93,33.77±3.93degrees;Kazak women left and right hip center edge angle was33.45±4.34,33.41±4.64degrees; women of Han left and right hip center edge angle of31.41±3.57,31.42±3.57degrees.Kazak male hip center edge angle greater than about Han males (P <0.05);The Kazak women about hip center edge angle greater than Han women (P<0.05).Results:1:Hip center edge angle of Xinjiang Kazak Male, female is greater than the Chinese male of Han and female.2?Kazak men left, right hip acetabular angle was (36.37±3.16)°,(36.66±3.14)°; Han male left, right hip acetabular angle was (38.95±1.36)°,(38.90±1.44)°; Kazakh women left, right hip acetabular angle was (37.53±2.76)°,(37.38±2.98)°; Han women left, right hip acetabular angle was (40.61±1.17)°,(40.60±1.18)°; Kazak men left and right hip acetabular angle are smaller than the Han male (P <0.05); Conclusion:Kazakh women left hip acetabular angle is less than the Han women (P<0.05)?Conclusion:1. this study for the first time in Xinjiang Kazakh, Han normal adult hip joint center edge angle (CEA), acetabular angle (Sharp) were measured, comparison, statistical analysis, Xinjiang Han normal adult hip joint center edge angle (CEA), acetabular angle (Sharp) value and other local Han people (like P>0.05), Xinjiang Kazak hip center edge angle (CEA), acetabular angle (Sharp) difference value and the Han population (P<0.05), hip joint disease diagnosis and treatment, clinical research follow-up, Kazakh population of hip prosthesis designed to provide effective reference data.2.Xinjiang Kazak male, female normal adult hip joint center edge angle (CEA)2-3°than Han normal adult corresponding measurements, and the acetabular angle (Sharp) in normal adult2-3°, in clinical reading of ill treatment as such differences do not put.3. both the Han population, or Kazakh population, hip joint center around the edge of the same person angle (CEA), acetabular angle (Sharp) had no significant difference.4. this paper only measured in Xinjiang Han, Kazak normal adult center edge angle (CEA), acetabular angle (Sharp), in order to understand the development and evolution regularities of required parameters, were compared by age group, still need to undertake the measurement study of normal0-18age groups.
