Through the incomplete diallel cross of the synthetic derivative of materials with three of materials in different ecological types, analyzing the F1 yield, fruit grain number and grain that yield related traits,we analyzed the potential for synthetic heterosis of brassica napus l..At the same time,SSR(simple sequence repeats)and AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism)molecular markers were used to understand the introgression of genetic fragments of artificial hybrids in hybrid progeny, then to explore whether the infiltration of genetic material in experimental materials of this study contributed to heterosis, the main research results are as follows:1.The acquisition of the Potential analysis of heterosis in materials : First, according to SSR molecular marker methods,27 materials and three different ecological types of conventional species were clustered and analyzed, then 12 materials with a long genetic distance from the three cultivars were selected, then as a male parent, incomplete diallel cross with three cultivars was then performed, and the obtained hybrid offspring were used to analyze the heterosis potential in materials of synthesize Brassica napus.2.The analysis of heterosis of the three factors of yield in the F1 generation showed that in the F1 generation, the number of grains, the number of whole plants, and the 1000-grain weight showed that the hybrid superiority of the hybrids in some hybrids had no obvious effect.Among them, hybrids with QR(the derivative material produced by cross-breeding of Qingyou 14 and synthetic seed)and R2(resynthesis of brassica napus)as parent materials were the three-factor yield has obvious advantages in hybridization, and can be used as an excellent germplasm resource for cross breeding.3.A study of yield-related traits in the F1 generation found that the mid-parent heterosis of parental yield in the F1 generation per plant reached 100%.Among the F1 hybrids, the most significant hybrid combination was the hybridization of cultivars and artificial species; In addition to 1469×RQQ(the self-crosslinking stability system of the backcross generation after hybridization of synthetic species and Qingyou 14),all hybrid combinations showed positive over-parent heterosis, with an average of 29.02%;F1 generation single plants had better yield-over-advantages with WR(the derivative material produced by cross-breeding of Weijie and synthetic seed),R2(resynthesis of brassica napus),and QR(the derivative material produced by cross-breeding of Qingyou 14 and synthetic seed)3 lines, and other hybrids represented negative overweight advantages. The results indicated that the offspring of 12 inbred lines such as R,QR and R2 hybridized with three cultivars had good heterosis and could be used as an effective germplasm resource.4.Analysis of the correlation between the introgression rate and yield traits found that the genetic introgression rate of artificial hybrids in parents was positively correlated with the yield per plant,1000-grain weight, and fruit number of the whole plant, and negatively correlated with the number of fruit grains. In summary, artificial synthetic species derived materials were hybridized with three cultivars,F1 had certain heterosis performance on yield-related traits. In addition, artificial introgression in the F1 also had a certain impact on yield-related traits,so this study concluded that synthetic rapeseed rape containing the genetic component of the big butter could be used as a good new germplasm resource in cross breeding. Its broad genetic base and abundant genetic diversity could provide a source of variation for crossbreeding.
