This study included3very early maturing restorer lines(B.napus),1very earlymaturing male sterile line(B.napus)as well as purple leaf traits of B.napus for thematerial. Fingerprinting of three very early restorer lines and their F1by using SSRmolecular markers. CO dominant SSR markers were found in the3early maturingB.napus restorer lines and their F1; Those primers were used to determine theoutcrossing rate of these3restorer lines in fields. The growth of pollen tubes in thestigma and style of the surface of three restorer lines was observed with aniline bluestaining, which explores the strength of the affinity in3restorer lines, and to proveright with purple leaf traits of Brassica napus as a common trait for male mixedpollination. The strength of between heterosis and hybrid performance by analyzing(sterile line×restorer line)F1and (restorer line×restorer line)F1yield-related traits. The main findings are as follows:1. Fingerprinting of three very early B.napus restorer lines by using SSRmolecular markers. CO dominant SSR markers were found in the3early maturingB.napus restorer lines and their F1; Those primers were used to determine theoutcrossing rate of these3restorer lines in fields. The results showed that theoutcrossing rate of these restorer lines (4395,3509,4152) were respectively in46.02%,33.32%,18.12%, there was a significant difference in p <0.01, it illustratedthat the outcrossing rate of three very early maturing B.napus restorer lines haddifferences; And It provided a basis that to determine the proportion of three veryearly B.napus restorer lines in Synthetic hybrids.2. The growth of pollen tubes in the stigma and style of the surface of threerestorer lines was observed with aniline blue staining, which explores the strength ofthe hybridization affinity in3restorer lines, and to prove right with purple leaf traitsof B.napus as a common trait for male mixed pollination. The results showed that therestorer line4395was of highest hybridization affinity when it was female parent, the NO.2was restorer line3509, the restorer line4152was minimum; The hybridization affinity was higher than selfing in the restorer line4395and3509when they were female parent, and hybridization affinity was lower than theself-compatibility in the restorer line4152. The test results of F1seedling traits bymixing pollination experiment were consistent with the observations of thecharacteristics of the pollen tube.3. The YP of6combinations results showed that these hybrid combinations(except4395×4152combination) were of plant yield heterosis that they wereformulated with (sterile line×restorer line) and (restorer line×restorer line), the OPHwere17.03%~31.22%, the MPH were18.17%~33.39%.4. The differences of block yield derived from three restorer lines, hybridcombinations and mixed species, its analysis showed that comparing with theirparents, these hybrid combinations(except4395×4152combination) had significantdifferences and significantly heterosis, and they derived from (sterile line×restorerline) and (restorer line×restorer line).5. The analysis was Combined with the outcrossing rate of three restorer lines, cross compatibility and their hybrid heterosis; The results showed that comparingwith restorer line3509and restorer line4152, restore line4395was excellent parent, followed by the restorer line3509, the weakest was restore line4152. Therefore, determining the ratio of hybrid parents in synthetic hybrids, the percentage of restoreline4395should be the highest, followed by the restorer line3509, the lowest wasrestoring line4152.
