In order to better utilize the heterosis of cabbage crop,the male sterile line was created or selected to solve the problem of hybridization.This study with multiple alleles genetic Dwarf Chinese cabbage nuclear genetic male sterile line as sterile source,for Dwarf Chinese cabbage shift to nuclear sterile genes,created Dwarf Chinese cabbage nuclear genetic male sterile lines;With introduction of Ogrua sterility source of Pakchoi cytoplasmic male sterile lines of hybrid‘East 18'as sterility source,for Pakchoi excellent inbred lines shift to sterility cytoplasm,breed new Pakchoi cytoplasmic male sterile lines.The main research results are as follows:1.With Dwarf Chinese cabbage nuclear genetic male sterile line‘GMS401'as sterile source,Dwarf Chinese cabbage excellent inbred lines‘13A687'for goals strain,In directional breeding way,after three consecutive back cross generation and test cross,created a close to target strains‘13A687'horticulture traits of AB lines and maintainer lines.And formulate the sterility strain rate 100%and 100%sterility degree of Dwarf Chinese cabbage nuclear genetic male sterile line‘GMSA1'.2.Use Dwarf Chinese cabbage nuclear genetic male sterile line‘GMSA1',with 10excellent Dwarf Chinese cabbage inbred lines cross combinations,with‘selection of Dwarf Chinese cabbage'as check variety to proceed comparison experiment,selected advantage combination‘AJH7'.3.With Ogrua sterile source Pakchoi cytoplasmic male sterile lines of hybrid‘East 18'as sterile source,8Pakchoi excellent inbred lines as breed target strain,used Saturated backcross method,through the continuous generation of backcross 4,breed of the 5cytoplasmic male sterile lines CMS28,CMS34,CMS37,CMS38 and CMS40which horticulture similar with Recurrent parent and have 100%sterile strain rate and 100%sterility degree.4.Used 5 Pakchoi cytoplasmic male sterile lines,and 10 Pakchoi excellent inbred lines cross combinations,with‘Wall 918'as check varieties to proceed comparison experiment,selected excellent cross combinations‘Q14'.
