Evaluating the high yield,stability and adaptability of maize varieties is an important measure for optimizing the layout of breeds and exploiting the genetic potential of maize varieties.In this paper,six varieties including Shandan 650,Shandan 609,Shandan 638,Xianyu 335,Huamei 1 and Zhengdan 958 were used as experimental materials to carry out cultivar identification tests at eight sites,and the yield and coefficient of various analysis methods were used,like non-parametric analysis methods,high stability coefficient method and GGE double plot method.Comprehensive analysis was mainly conducted on the adaptability of Shandan 650 maize varieties,aiming to provide scientific basis for the demonstration and the promotion of Shandan 650 maize.The results are as follows:1.The analysis of applied yield and regression coefficient showed that,the yield coefficient of variation and regression coefficient of Shandan 650,Xianyu 335,Shandan 609 were all small;the adaptability coefficient of Shandan 650(0.99),Shandan 609(1.03),and Huamei 1(1.05)were close to 1,The yields of Xianyu 335,Shandan 650 and Shandan 609 were higher than those of all the tested varieties.The coefficient of variation was less than the average value of all the tested varieties.2.The analysis of non-parametric method showed that,the high yield coefficient(pi)of Xianyu 335,Shandan 609 and Shandan 650 was relatively high,with 87.5%,57.5% and 52.5%,respectively.The rank of significant yield coefficient of them was in the same order.The stability index(Si)of Shandan 650,Shandan 609,Zhengdan 958 and Shandan 638 is small,showing their stablity.3.Using high-stability coefficient analysis,the high stability coefficients of Xianyu 335,Shandan 650 and Shandan 609 were were greater or equal to 70%,and the ranking of different varieties was Xianyu 335(81.45%)> Shandan 650(72.85%)> Shandan 609(72.07%)> Zhengdan 958(66.77%)> Huamei No.1(64.03%)> Shandan 638(59.94%).4.The analysis of GGE double-plot analysis method showed that,Production size of Xianyu335> Shandan609> Zhengdan958> Shandan650> Huamei1> Shandan638.Stability Order Shandan 650> Shandan 609> Xianyu 335> Huamei 1> Zhengdan 958> Shandan 638.Shandan 609,Xianyu 335 and Shandan 650 are high-yield and stable varieties.Integration of the four analysis methods,the total rank value of Shandan 650,Xianyu 335,and Shandan 609 had the highest yield and stable yield with the ranking of 1,2 amd 3.The combined analysis of average yield,regression coefficient,coefficient of variation,and fitness coefficient showed that Shandan 650,Shandan 609,and Xianyu 335 were located in the fourth quadrant,and they were stable and high yield varieties.According to the results of the multi-point regional experiment,Shandan 650 had high production stability and adaptability and was suitable for large-scale promotion.
