The Applied Research Of Controling By Using Aphidius Gifuensis

The trend to smell and color of the Aphidius gifuensis,the technology of rearing and spreading,the transport methods and the control result of dissipating Aphidius gifuensis into the atmosphere were studied,and the detailed way of the artificial propagation also was illustrated.The results were as fellows:1.The testing results showed the Aphidius gifuensis captured significantly different by the diversity odors.Especially having the strong taxis to odor of bee,Suancu and Sucrose.But showing less sensitive to Tobacco juice,Aphidius live and Aphidius humoral.The Aphidius gifuensis has taxis response of color of green and yellow, obviously greater than black and blank samples.2.The report of research for rearing and spreading Aphidius gifuensis illustrates that it was very useful to control the rearing-speed and absolute quantity of aphid.The result was obtained when the number of aphid was 5 per plant,the ratio of parasite(♀) and aphid was 1:1,and gradually releasing a few Aphidius gifuensis(at least 3 times).When the amount of aphids was nearly 30 per plant,each processing shows the obviously inhibitory action to the population and number of aphids,different processing gives the different result,was that the ratio of parasite and aphid were 1:5,1:10,1:15,1:20,respectively.It was showed that the rate that inoculate parasited and creature prevented were obviously influenced by the different ratio of parasite and aphid.The effect that creature prevented and cured of ratio of 1:5 after releasing 20day,the rate of inoculate parasited about which were alternatively 93.2%.3.The time of sending adult Aphidius gifuensis wasd during 10 AM to 6 PM in a fine day,put the bag which used for storing the Aphidius gifuensis into the middle and down of tobacco leaf or put the leaves and grasses into bag avoiding the sunshine,keeping wind flow.So this will give the high survival percent of Aphidius gifuensis.4.It was greater than ratio of 1:15 and 1:20.It is significant useful to decrease the aphid's harm to tobacco in the field by the method of releasing Aphidius gifuensis freely and using "highly active low toxic" pesticide.It can keep a long time that controlling the amount of aphid below 30 per plant.5.It was clearly explain that:basic manual operation of rearing,technologyⅠof rapid rearing in artificial glasshouse,technologyⅡof rapid rearing in artificial glasshouse, and operation of rearing in small lookum in the tobacco field,the basic operation of collecting,when and how to release Aphidius gifuensis. 6.,That was concluded by comparing the field of releasing Aphidius gifuensis to normal pesticide field that the speed of increase amount of aphids in the field of releasing is obviously less than non-pesticide field,there was the following effect between the aphid number at inoculating per plant and the number of aphid per plant.There were two summits in the normal pesticide field during the investigation.Normal pesticide field was effective in creature prevented after 10-day investigation,but after that,it showed declining in effect.Meanwhile,it was true that the perfect effect of creature prevented increasing from releasing to capping tobacco plant.According to statistics,pesticide application to reduce 1.22 times of releasing field compared with pesticide field,decrease 40%of the volume of pesticide.
