The effects of different kinds of woody peat fertilizer and different proportion of humic acid potassium fertilizer on the growth,physical properties and chemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were systematically studied in this paper:1.Different kinds of woody peat fertilizer can promoted the root growth of tobacco seedlings,one can promote the root growth of tobacco seedling,a good foundation for the later excellent quality tobacco lay;on the other hand,good root development also can reduce the risk of tobacco disease.2.In terms of physical indicators,the root dry matter of T4 treated with 200kg/667m2 woody peat and humic acid potassium was the highest,which was 5.83g/strain.With 500kg/667m2 woody peat treatment,the leaf length and Ye Kuan value of the lower,middle and upper leaves were 73 cm,27.7 cm,81.3 cm,31.3 cm,76 cm and 25.3 cm,respectively,for T7.The plant height and stem girth,application of different types of woody peat fertilizer could put different degree of plant height and stem girth,the application of 200kg/667m2 woody peat processing T6 plant height and stem girth is highest,were 108.7 cm,9.12 cm.The maximum leaf weight increased with 500kg/667m2 woody peat treatment,and the lower leaves,middle leaves and upper leaves increased by 17.2%,28.3% and 10.2%,respectively,by T7.3.Different kinds of woody peat fertilizer can increase the content of total sugar and reducing sugar,and also increase the content of nicotine in tobacco leaves.Different kinds of woody peat fertilizer had significant effects on the contents of neutral aroma compounds and total amount of neutral aroma compounds in Flue-cured tobacco.Browning product,carotenoid degradation products and chromoplast alkanes was applying 500kg/667m2 fertilizer highest woody peat materials.Phenylalanine was the highest for applying woody peat to humic acid potassium fertilizer.Compared with no fertilizer and conventional treatment,different kinds of woody peat fertilizer can significantly improve the phenylalanine and browning product,carotenoid content and chromoplast alkanes degradation.4.Applying different kinds of woody peat fertilizer can increase soil organic matter,which is beneficial to the growth and development of Flue-cured tobacco.The application of different kinds of woody peat fertilizer can maintain the supply of nitrogen in the soil to a certain extent,and ensure the demand of nitrogen in the tobacco season and the rice season,and obtain the maximum fertilizer benefit.5.In different proportion experiments,with woody peat and humic acid potassium fertilizer treatment,compared with T1 and T2 treatment,the plant height,effective leaf number,maximum leaf length,width and leaf width and leaf width were better than others.Compared with T1 and T2 treatment,combined application of woody peat humic acid potassium fertilizer can increase the total sugar,reducing sugar and leaf potassium content,reduce the content of chlorine and total nitrogen and nicotine of flue-cured tobacco leaves,is conducive to the promotion of the intrinsic chemical composition of tobacco coordination after baking,increased after baking tobacco leaf industry availability.Combined application of woody peat humic acid potassium fertilizer can improve the baking quality of tobacco smoke in proportion,improve the yield and the average price of flue-cured tobacco,thus increasing output,which fertilizer 80kg/667m2 woody peat humic acid potassium fertilizer had the best effect.Therefore,the combined application of woody peat and humic acid potassium fertilizer is beneficial to increase the output value of flue-cured tobacco,and has certain popularization value in flue-cured tobacco production practice.
