In this study,12-year-old almond seedings were used as the research object,based on the phenological phase,pollen characteristics,morphological indicators,fruit growth indicators,fruiting practices and fruit quality related indicators,combined with variance analysis,principal component analysis and membership function value method.A comprehensive evaluation was performed on the seedlings of Almonds in order to screen the seedlings that were suitable for planting in the Alargar region to provide high-quality germplasm resources for selection,promotion and processing of almonds in Aksu Prefecture.The main findings are as follows:(1)The flowering period of almonds was from late March to early April,and the flowering duration was 8d~13d.The flowering period was consistent with the fruit setting period,and it was not consistent with the fruit ripening period.The fruit development cycle was 101d~ For 153 days,the growth period of shoots was concentrated from mid-April to mid-May,and the growth cycle was from 32 days to 62 days.(2)The pollen concentration of single anthers per plant was between 1 166 and 5 611,the pollen viability was between 50.96% and 93.17%,and the natural fruit set rate was between 0.76% and 10.59%.(3)There are significant differences in the morphological indicators of the individual plants.Corolla diameters ranged from 34.23 to 47.90 mm.Stamens were clustered between 29 and 45.The flower pistil of S11 degraded seriously.The length of 1-year-old shoots ranged from 73.99 to 113.34 mm.The length of the leaves concentrated at 67.34 to 103.39 mm.From 19.51 to 34.97 mm,the longitudinal and transverse diameters of fruits were concentrated between 23.73 and 45.90 mm,and the lateral diameters of fruits were between 18.58 and 27.36 mm.The fruit growth curves were single S-shaped,and three of the fruits matured earlier.The growth cycle is less than 110 days and is a typical precocious type.(4)The dry weight of the seedlings per plant was 1.02 to 4.03 g;the vertical and horizontal diameters of the nuts were 16.25 to 34.47 mm;the nucleolar weight was 0.50 to 1.06 g;the nucleolar diameter ranged from 17.38 to 24.24 mm;the nucleolar side The diameter ranges from 5.50 to 7.64mm;the kernel rate concentrates at 11.67% to 60.60%;S7,S8,S9,S10,S11,and S12 have good taste.(5)The soluble sugar content per plant was between 2.57% and 5.68%;the soluble protein content was between 2.14% and 5.40%;the crude fat content was between 29.59% and 43.72%;the mineral element content was K>P>Mg>Ca>S>Na>Fe,including As,Hg,and Pb,are all less than 2 mg/kg;amygdalin is between 200.88 and 40947.09 ?g/g,of which the content of S6 is the highest;the total amino acid content is 65.09~130.75 mg./g between.(6)Through the comprehensive evaluation of Alfalfa seedlings,the morphological traits of the seedlings S2,S9 and S1 were considered to be better overall performance;the intrinsic quality of the S13,S12 and S9 performed better;the S6,S13,S4 were Comprehensive indicators performed better.
