Study On Control Effect And Application Of Several Pesticides Against Meloidogyne Incognita On Melon

In this paper,Meloidogyne incognita as the research object,with cucumber,melon and balsam pear as the experimental crops,The rapidly available and persistence of the root-knot nematode were determined,and the safety of several spraying techniques was verified,so as to screen practical and efficient pharmaceutical application technology.through pot effect of several chemicals on root-knot nematode,according to the harm degree of root-knot nematode on cucurbit crops,the real need against meloidogyne incognita by Chemical means in actual productionThrough the pot experiment of common nematicide,the control effect of fosthiazate,emamectin benzoate and avermectin decreased in turn.Among the avermectin and the emamectin benzoate,the EC formulation effect of avermectin and emamectin benzoate was the best,the control efficacy was 68.9 % and 87 % in 25 days after drugs.But,their persistent effects are poor,the control efficacy was 12.7 % and 36.8 % in 60 days after drugs.The two formulations of fosthiazate showed good behavior of rapidly available and persistence of root-knot nematode,the control effect reached69.2% and 65.9% after 25 days,74.3 % and 78.9 % after 60 days.The safe concentration of avermectin,emamectin,thiazole granule,Insecticide-fertilizer,Ivermectin and duolameisu in the control of meloidogyne incognita were 20 mg / basin,40 mg /basin,60 mg / basin,22.144 mg / basin,66.432 mg / basin,66.432 mg / basin,respectively.through the simulation of plot experiments to determine the control of the southern root-knot nematode,the best performance is Insecticide-fertilizer and fosthiazate,stand up for and %,respectively after 45 days.Then stand up for and Ivermectin were duolameisu and 54.73%,respectively.
