This study was conducted to determine the effects of feeding whole grains of fermented corn on the excretion coefficient of manure on growing finishing pigs.By analyzing the applicable organic manure volume per unit area of planted land under the normal corn production level, the organic fertilizer per unit area was determined. And soil physicochemical properties, fertility and soil structure of planting land treated with manure water for different lengths of time were compared and analyzed.Experiment 1:Effect of Whole-plant corn Fermentation on the Excretion Factor of Feces in Growing-finishing Pigs.Single factor test was used in the experiment.32 fattening pigs with similar parity and weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatments. The control group was fed full-priced compound pannage and the experimental group replaced the full-price compound feed with different proportions of fermented whole plant corn.Digestion and metabolism tests were carried out in the early and late stages of growing-finishing.The nitrogen, phosphorus and copper, zinc excretion parameters were measured. The results showed that the excretion of nitrogen, phosphorus, copper, and zinc in growing-finishing pigs was 2.12 kg/d,0.59 kg/d,1.58 g/d,and 17.29 g/d,respectively.Feeding fermented whole corn can significantly reduce the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus, but it has no obvious effect on the excretion of copper and zinc.Experiment 2:Study on the Relationship between Maize Planting Process and Application Amount of Organic Fertilizer.Six treatment groups were set up in the experiment.Nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers were used as the standard.According to the requirements of corn for nitrogen and phosphorus, the control group was applied with chemical fertilizers. The four test groups were 100%,130%,and 160%of the nitrogen requirement, respectively and 100%of the phosphorus requirement is applied to organic fertilizer.Determination of total biomass and nitrogen, phosphorus, copper, and zinc contents of the whole plant of milky period and mature period corn, and data fitting was performed to determine the bearing capacity of growing pigs per unit of planted corn land. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer can increase the biomass of corn, and the dry matter yield in the milky period and mature period was increase 11.7%-14.1%and 13.2%-23.5%,respectively.The soil fertility had an effect on improving and significantly increased soil organic matter,Alkaline nitrogen and available phosphorus content.Measure the load-bearing parameters of finishing pigs in the milky period and mature period of corn planting at 130%N application rate.Based on N,it was 61.1 heads/hm~2 and 95.2 heads/hm~2 respectively, and after the whole plant corn was fed,the carrying capacity increased by 1.4%to 57.6%;Based on P,it was 90.5 heads/hm~2and 107.3 heads/hm~2 respectively, and after the whole plant corn was fed,the carrying capacity increased by 2.4%to 23.2%.Experiment 3:Effect of long-term application of piggery wastewater on soil structure and traits.Select land plots that apply wastewater year-round as test points. The soil samples and crops without applying wastewater and applying wastewater for 4 years were collected.Determine the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, copper, and zinc and the effect of long-term application of manure on the physical and chemical properties of the soil. The results showed that the effects of piggery wastewater application on soil and wheat nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and copper, zinc content is not obvious. However, the content of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were significantly increased, the abundance of microorganisms was increased, and soil quality was effectively improved.According to our study,load-bearing parameter of corn farmland was construct according to feces excrement of finishing pigs and Nitrogen/Phosphorus consumption in corn cultivation.Positive effects were confirmed that the whole plant silage used to feed finishing pigs for Nitrogen/Phosphorus emission reduction.Another hand,it was also confirmed that soil fertility and quality got significantly improved by the application of organic manure and wastewater.
