Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)is one of the largest vegetable crops in the world,and plays an important role in the production of facilities vegetable in our country.LED(Light-Emitting Diode)as a new type of high quality light source,the light emission spectrum can be precisely regulated according to the growth of plants.Further development of LED is of great theoretical significance and application value for the growth and development of crops,the regulation of facility light environment and the cultivation of tomato high quality and high yield.In this study,five different light-quality LEDs(White CK 447 nm,551nm;Red 630nm;Blue 450nm;Green 517nm;R3B1)were used to study the effects of light quality on fruit quality of tomato plant and its regulation mechanism was preliminarily explored.The main results were as follows.1.Compared with other processing,light red/blue 3:1 combination most conducive to tomato seedling growth,index of its seedling root cap than photosynthetic capacity were significantly higher than other light quality processing And green light can promote the thickening of the stems of tomato seedlings,and increase the height,fresh weight and specific leaf area of tomato seedlings.2.The effects of different light qualities on the nutritional quality of tomato were significant.Red light treatment significantly increased soluble sugar content and glycolic acid ratio of tomato fruits,which was beneficial to color transformation and fruit quality improvement.3.In this study,73 kinds of aromatic substances were detected,mainly alcohols,aldehydes,alkanes,ketones and esters.Among them,there are 26 kinds of aldehydes,followed by 15 alcohols.Detect the effects of the main characteristics of compound has 8 kinds: hexanal,?-ionone,1-pentene-3-one,(E)-2-hexenal,2-isobutylthiazole,(E)-2-heptenal,6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one,(Z)-3-hexen-1-ol.The effect of different light quality on the flavor quality of tomato was significant.Red light treatment increased the content of lipids;Blue light promotes the synthesis of alcohols.And green light treatment is more beneficial to increase the number of aromatic substances.4.Through to the red and blue light quality,and the processing of tomato under the transcriptome sequencing analysis,appraisal for 249 miRNAs,20 of them were differentially expressed before and after the treatment processing.Further target gene prediction of microRNAs with differential expression was performed,a total of 555 target genes were found,which found that has clear control plant growth and development of key genes mi R156 family involved in regulating and art to adjust regulate gene miR169 family.Red light treatment down-regulated the expression of miR156 family,a key gene that regulates plant growth and development.The expression of the miR169 family of the anti-retroviral regulatory gene treated with blue light was up-regulated.These suggest that the expression of these genes may be regulated by miRNA and that miRNA is involved in the process of light regulation.
