Maize straw is a valuable straw resource in agricultural production, and the comprehensive utilization of corn straw resources is conducive to protecting the environment and saving resources and promoting the sustainable development of agricultural economy.Combined with low-quality roughage fermentation rate is slow, low degree of rumen pH decline and corn stalk powder can reduce cows ration sorting characteristics, source of fermentable organic matter through study and granularity on dry matter intake, the influence of rumen fermentation and performance, discusses high concentrate corn straw powder diet feasibility in practical production. In order to alleviate the shortage of high-quality coarse fodder production in our country, and to make up the gap of herbivorous animal husbandry in China,Improve recycling of agricultural wastes such as corn stalks.Twelve multiparous Holstein cows in mid-lactation were randomly allocated to 3treatments in a triplicated 3×3 Latin square experiment with one cow in each treatment surgically fitted with rumen cannula. The three dietary treatments were normal control group,high-concentrate corn stover group and high-concentrate corn stover powder group. The effects of dry matter intake, rumen pH and rumen fermentation and performance were observed. The results of this study showed that theDM,NDF,FNDF,ADF,CP and OM intake of the MH group is significantly higher than other treatment groups(P<0.05).In terms of CP and OM apparent digestibility,MH group was significantly lower than other N groups. For ration sorting, the ration sorting of N and MH groups was similar at different time intervals in each grain layer, and the ration sorting level of the grain layers of the MH group was lower than that of H group.Milk production in the MH group was significantly higher than that in the N group(P<0.05).Milk fat production was higher than that of N group(P=0.055).There was no significant difference in milk protein(P=0.424)and lactose(P=0.113)concentrations in the milk constituents of the N group and the MH group. There was no significant difference in feeding time, ruminating time and chewing time between groups(P=0.487,P=0.998,P=0.926).Feeding,ruminating,and chewing time per kilogram of DM,ADF,and NDF ingroup N were significantly higher than those in MH group(P<0.05).The average pH difference between the groups was not significant(P=0.241).In terms of minimum pH and maximum pH,the difference between group N and group MH was not significant(P=0.016,P=0.030,respectively).However,the maximum pH and minimum pH in group H were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).From the perspective of economic efficiency, the additional benefits of the MH group and the H group are 8.38 yuan and 2.95 yuan, respectively, and the economic efficiency of the MH group is the highest. Conclusion: High-concentrate corn stalk powder diet can increase milk yield under the premise of ensuring the ruminal pH of normal dairy cows, resulting in higher economic benefits. At the same time, corn stover pulverization can effectively inhibit the ration sorting of dairy cows on low quality roughage.
