| The main pest species, their biological characteristics and occurrence regularity of oyster mushrooms were investigated in the edible fungus growing area of Shenyang, taking Zhangyi Agricultural High-tech Development Zone as an example. The rule of pest population growth and decline was surveyed in alternative cropping pattern of between the low and high temperature mushrooms strains. The main ecological characters of relative abundance of main pest species, ecological dominance, community diversity, evenness and principal component analysis were contributed. The suggestions for pest control were put forward. The pest of Shenyang oyster mushroom included four classis, eight order, nineteen species, and the largest species is Diptera up to 11 species, the followed by Lepidoptera. The other two were crustacea and biological mollusca,The main pest species are Megaselia tamilnaduensis Disney,Lycoriella pleuroti Yang et Zhang and Scatopse sp..The main pest of the low temperature oyster mushroom are M.tamilnaduensis Disney and L.pleuroti Yang et Zhang, and for the high temperature oyster mushroom pest are L.pleuroti Yang et Zhang and Scatopse sp..The pest of the low temperature oyster mushroom are M.tamilnaduensis Disney in September and October, and L.pleuroti Yang et Zhang outbreak in March to May.The pest of the high-temperature oyster mushroom are L.pleuroti Yang et Zhang in May and June, and the Scatopse sp.outbreak in July and August.According to the occurrence rule of pests and the planting characteristics of the local mushroom in shenyang, the following Suggestions were put forward:(1)Remove the debris and remove the insect pests before planting;Mix proportioning per ton of feed200 g insecticide to kill pests and larva.(2)Choice the good mycelium. The hard mycelium make the whole bag was hard to prevent the larvae from worm-eaten into thebacterial bag.(3)A net of 30 eyes above the mushroom to prevent diptera into the mushroom.(4)The application of insecticide 1000 times of insecticide for edible fungus had no effect on the production of oyster mushroom and mycelium. |
