With the development of Next-generation sequencing technology,researchers get a lot of genomic information for each species.So we need to sort and integrate the data obtained by sequencing,and it makes a number of basic databases and secondary databases.The primary database simply categorizes and integrates the data from the sequencing,and the quality of the data is uneven.But the secondary databases are dfferent,the data in the secondary databases is mainly determinded by the researchers.They analyze primary data and integrate the secondary data depend on their demand.Therefore,the quality of the sequence in the secondary databases is more specific and professional,which is more significant in related fields of bioinformatics analysis and experimental research.Salvia miltiorrhiza as a traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,although there are many clinical experiments show that its clinical efficacy.The synthetic mechanisms of tanshinone and salvianolic acid is not clear,neither the effective inredients' disease regulatory mechanisms in human genetic level.Therefore,this paper constructs a Salvia miltiorrhiza transcriptional resource database by sequencing and computer technology,which is convenient for the study of genomic level of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The main work is summarized as follows:1.We outlined the background of the study,as well as the concepts of transcriptional resources such as coding RNA,non-coding RNA,small RNAs,etc.in plants.2.The transcripts analyzed processes of coding RNA,IncRNA,miRNA and phasiRNA were introduced in detail.After obtaining RNA-seq and sRNA-seq data,we performed quality filtration analysis,sequence assembly,the expression calculation,and the GO function annotation classification.Then,the results of analysis were collected to constructe the danshen transcription resources database.So,our Salvia miltiorrhiza database contains not only the sequence information of coding RNA,IncRNA,phasiRNA miRNA,but also the length information,comment information,etc.,we also added the sequence information of the stem-loop of known miRNAs.The library also contains PHAS gene locus information.In this study,we also added the synthesis route of tanshinone and salvianolic acid,and the key genes in the synthesis pathway were sorted out and displayed.3.The Design and Application of Visual Interface of database.Because of the lack of current transcription resources Salvia database,and the weak interaction between user and the database,we constructed a database web page to interact.User-friendly interface is more important.In this study,we used the LAMP framework to construct the pages.At last we described the interface of coding RNA,lncRNA,miRNA,phasiRNA and the synthesis pathway of tanshinone and salvianolic acid.
