The Prevention And Control Of High Pathogenic Avian Influenza In Constructing Non-epidemic Area Of Shouguang

The first outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)occurred in 1878.HPAI is one of the important diseases of the world poultry industry since its emergence.HPAI is occurring in all parts of the world.From 2003 to 2016,there were 7231 Highly pathogenic avian influenza.Therefore,how to control the occurrence of highly pathogenic avian influenza effectively is a problem that veterinarians worldwide have been working to solve.After years of research and practice,the world organization for animal health(OIE)first proposed the concept of regionalization of animal epidemics.The OIE has been given the right to be certified as a non-communicable and non-pandemic zone in accordance with specific animal epidemics,in 1990.Since then,the new process of animal epidemic prevention has been started.Animal protection works in China have been implemented since 1998.Construction work was first conducted in Shandong,Sichuan,Liaoning,Jilin,Chongqing and Hainan.Shouguang has been preparing since 1998 for the construction of a disease free of HPAI,and passed the national acceptance in 2016.A total of 1,277 samples were tested in 2015.The qualified number of Re-6 was 1,186,and the qualified rate reached 93.1 percent.The qualified number of Re-7 is 1201,and the qualified rate is 94%.A total of 1701 samples were tested in 2016.The qualified number of Re-6 reached 1599,and the qualified rate reached 94%.The qualified number of Re-7 was 1609 and the qualified rate was 94.6%.The Re-8 qualified number was 1534 and the qualified rate was 90.2%.A total of 2137 samples were tested in 2017.The qualified number of Re-6 was 2061,and the qualified rate reached 96.4%.The qualified number of Re-7 is 2065,and the qualified rate is 96.6%.Re-8 qualified for 2063,and the qualified rate was 96.5 percent.I have been working on the construction of Special Animal Disease Free Zone.Mainly engaged in the detection of H5 subtypes of avian influenza antibodies and suspected cases.We organize veterinary technicians to check the antibody titer on a regular basis in each town.We use diseased chicken lungs,trachea and other tissues and healthy chicken cotton swab to carry out the pathogen detection.The results showed that there had been no clinical cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the past decade.Moreover,in the process of disease construction and monitoring in the free animal epidemic area,we have successfully established a system of disease tracing system to adapt to the actual situation of this city.
