Abstract/Summary:
The yield and quality of rice could seriously affected when it got flattened.In order to determine the effect and optimum dose of the combination of 7.5%mitomycin and uniconazole at the seedling stage,rice seedling was sprayed with different doses of 7.5%mitatin and octoxazole on rice seedling before 7 days of transplanting,and the effect of 7.5%mitrin and uniconazole on rice seedling quality,plant morphology,flexion resistance,puncture force,physiological and biochemical indexes and yield were studied.The results were as follows:1.2250.0 m L·hm-2 treatment of 7.5%mitatin and octoxazole had significant effect on the fresh and dry weight of seedlings,compared with CK,it increased by 2.86%22.05%,and effectively increased the dry matter content of the seedlings.2.7.5%mitatin and octoxazole could significantly increase the number of tillers in rice seedlings,and the concentration of 750.0 m L·hm-2 was the most significant.The concentration of2250.0 m L·hm-2 was slightly higher than that of CK,which was 42.86%higher than that of CK.3.7.5%mitatin and octoxazole could effectively increase the activity of protective enzymes in leaves after spraying for 15 d,but it is not effective.The 2250.0 mL·hm-2 treatment group had the best activity to improve the activity of SOD and POD at this time period,which was 6.7%to36.44%and 11.12%38.78%respectively compared with CK,and the CAT activity in the leaves could also be improved effectively.4.2250.0 mL·hm-2 concentration of 7.5%mitatin and octoxazole could significantly reduce the length of internode length of rice plant stem,3 groups decreased 0.51%5.66%compared with CK;meanwhile,it also had significant effect on the promotion of the puncture force of the second stem,and increased 36.23%to 50.76%compared with that of CK.At the same time,it could effectively enhance the flexural strength of the stem and the dwarf plant height..5.The reduced sugar content of the leaves was improved by the treatment of the 3 groups of7.5%mitatin and octoxazole,among which 2250.0 m L·hm-2 treatment group had the best effect,three doses were increased by 3.83%to 16.91%compared with CK,and the content of total sugar in leaves could be improved by different doses of 7.5%splice alkene mixture,and 2250.0m L·hm-2 treatment group was in the leaves of leaves.The effect of total sugar content was the best.Three doses of CK increased 41.59%to 50.98%respectively,and the effect of 3 treatments was very significant.6.The effect of 1500 m L·hm-2 treatment group on the growth of rice panicle length was better.The number of rice single spikes treated by 2250 mL·hm-2 treatment group was the most,the highest was 19.81%higher than that of CK.In the 1000 grain weight,2250 m L·hm-2 was very significant,and 11.93%increased compared with CK;the number of empty grain was least and decreased by 9.12%.The 2250.0 mL·hm-2 treatment of 7.5%mitrin·uniconazole could significantly dwarf rice plant length,reduced the length of stem internodes,the effect of strengthening the resistance and puncture strength of rice were also significant increased.It could also increase the activity of SOD、POD and the total sugar content in leaves,the 1000-grain weight of rice,increase the number of single granulation,reduce the empty shriuded granules,effectively promote rice yield.
