Rice (Oryza sativa, Oryza glaberrima) is an important food crop in Heilongjiang Province, it is high-yielding crops. However the low temperature, disease, lodging and other hazards to reduce the production of rice. In order to ensure the high and stable yield of rice, people use the exogenous plant growth regulators to improve the lodging resistance and stress resistance. By spraying different types of mixed promotion or inhibition exogenous plant growth regulators in tillering and jointing stage of rice, the influence of each regulator at different growing stages of rice to the lodging resistance, rice shapes, stress resistance and production was studied. The results show that:1. The heigh and stem length of antepenultimate section of rice can be controlled better using98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+5%uniconazole EC150mL/hm2. And spraying at jointing stage is better than tillering stage which shows the period of pharmaceutical spraying can impact the dwarfing effectSpraying on the elongation stage98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+98%mepiquat60.60g/hm2, rice stem diameter is more easily affected by the potions.At tillering stage spraying98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+5%Uniconazole EC150mL/hm2can increase the stem lignin and cellulose content and effectively improve the haulm bending force, up to118.00%.2.98%cytokinin15.15g/hm2+98%mepiquat30.30g/hm2and98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+98%mepiquat60.60g/hm2can quickly improve the activity of protective enzyme of rice and increase the content of leaf sugar. While,98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+5%Uniconazole EC150mL/hm2can continue to increase the activity of protective enzyme and the content of leaf sugar.3. Sprayed at tillering stage, panicle length and grain number grow more observably. While sprayed at elongation stage, the content of shrunken grain is obviously lower than that of tillering stage.Spraying98%cytokinin15.15g/hm2+98%mepiquat30.30g/hm2and98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+5%niconazol EC150mL/hm2at different stages have little effects on yield. While the other agent98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+98%mepiquat60.60g/hm2sprayed at different periods produce huge difference, and spraying at tillering stage is significantly better than the elongation stage. 4. Spraying on the leaf of98%cytokinin15.15g/hm2+98%mepiquat30.30g/hm2and98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+98%mepiquat60.60g/hm2can rapidly reduce rice the heigh, increase the stem diameter, stem breaking-resistant,stem cellulose content; rapidly raising rice protective enzyme activity, increase the sugar content; effective growth ear length, ear number and increase production.98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+5%niconazol EC150mL/hm2and98%cytokinin15.15g/hm2+5%niconazol EC300mL/hm2can continued reduce rice the heigh, inverted second burl long, increase the stem breaking-resistant, stem lignin content; can continued raising rice protective enzyme activity; effective reduce the empty flat rate,increasing ear number and increase production.5. Spraying on the leaf of98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+98%mepiquat60.60g/hm2and98%cytokinin30.30g/hm2+5%Uniconazole EC150mL/hm2can rapidly affect the character of rice such as rice the heigh, inverted second burl long, stem diameter, stem breaking-resistant, stem chemical components content, leaf protective enzyme activity, leaf sugar content, yield components affect relatively stable and perform well, and increase production. |
