Camellia oleifera Abel is a unique edible oil tree species in china,Camellia as one of high economic value,wide application,strong adaptability,comprehensive exploitation and utilization potential tree species,1 widely grown in the south of China,Camellia is not only anti-poor,low soil conditions require,and the flourishing and age are longer,it is a kind of worth popularizing and developing economic forest tree species.Research of camellia cultivation and breeding technology in our country,has an important significance.This experiment is committed to the resear of choptimal plant selection and well-bred breeding utilization,According to tong mouth forest mixed optimal growth of survey data for several years,through the analysis to selected excellent combination hybrid F1 generation.On the basis of this,choose five good optimal hybrid F1 plants,and then continued to breeding with five best strains and get 20 hybrid F2 generations,in order to find more heterosis and filter,on the basis of fine clone selection in cross breeding of the research work,bred yield and economic characters of no less than fine clones of hybrid combinations.Selected from hybrid optimal F,generation selected five superior individual:45,30,32,7,3,The five differential optimal yield per unit area with an average of 1.22 kg/m2,the maximum is 1.39 kg/m2,and the minimum is 0.86 kg/m;per acres average oil is 71.6 kg,the maximum can reach 81.1 kg,the minimum 61.7 kg;Fruit oil rate is higher,and the average of 8.98%,the largest fruit oil rate can reached 10.8%.Oil-bearing rate is between 46.38%to 52.11%,the highest is no.51-2,reached 52.11%,the average oil rate was 49.73%,reached the standard of improved varieties,five excellent individuals total unsaturated fatty acids content is between 88.7%and 90.4%,an average of 89.52%(81.38%oleic acid,linoleic acid 81.38%),in which 46-2 is the highest unsaturated fatty acid,reach to 90.45%.Min is.no.41-4:88.7%high oleic acid and linoleic acid content,show the excellent of quality characteristics.
