This experiment was performed using an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus to monitor and record the kidney,chest area ratio,abdominal circumference area and major blood vessels in the different stages of fetal development,By summarizing the characteristics of the sonogram,and then give the normal state of the parameters.This purpose was to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis of congenital disease.In addition,through the measurement of certain growth-related indicators to further explore the new method of gestational age prediction.The SIUI veterinary ultrasound diagnostic apparatus Apogee 1200 V was be used to record the two pregnancies of six female Beagle dogs.The development of follicles in the estrus period was done continuously with ultrasound,and then developed to the maximum time for artificial mating.It’s Starting from 15 days of pregnancy and continued to monitor delivery.Mainly observed in different periods of kidney growth,the long axis of the kidney,the short axis of the kidney and the width of the renal pelvis were measured,the proportion of the chest to the heart,the area of the largest ventral area of the stomach and the diameter of the major blood vessels were also measured.It be found that the length of the long axis of the kidney,the area of the largest ventral area of the stomach and the diameter of the major blood vessels showed a linear increase with the increase of gestational age,and positively correlated with gestational age.The ratio of the length of the long axis of the kidney to the head diameter stabilized after 48 days of gestation.The confidence interval was 1.23-1.27.The ratio of the width of the renal minor axis to the physiological renal pelvis separation was greater than 2..Before delivery,abdominal area and double top width to predict the fetal birth weight had a certain relevance.But the abdomen area of the compliance rate was higher than the double top diameter.The prediction rate of abdominal circumference was 74.2%.It be found in the proportion of the chest to the heart changes were not large over time.The mean value was 3.96 ± 0.51 and the confidence interval was 3.7-4.2.Eye and lens can be seen in 55 days and can accurately measure its relevant data.At the early stage of the embryo,there was a new understanding of the ultrasound morphology of the yolk sac,amniotic sac and Urine capsule by ultrasound monitoring.We had further explored the changes in the sonogram of the dead fetus.The end result of the experiment,The length of the long axis of the kidney,the diameter of the ascending aorta,the diameter of the posterior vena cava,the diameter of the abdominal aorta with the change of gestational age can be used as the new technique of gestational age prediction.The kidney long axis and head diameter ratio data,the ratio of the short axis to the renal pelvis and the proportion of chest to the heart combined with large vessel diameter were analyzed to determine certain congenital diseases.By measured the fetal abdominal area to predict birth weight,and then choose the appropriate mode of delivery.It was guessed that the eye related indicators can also estimate gestational age.The gestational age was forecasted by estimating the structure of the embryo.The series of changes in fetal fetus were be monitored to predict the date of fetal death and determine the possible prognosis.To a certain extent,the experimental results enriched the diagnosis of ultrasound pregnancy,and its expectations for clinical workers to help.
