At present,our country is suitable for the whole stalk bundling baling harvest crops include rice,millet,barley,oats,sorghum,reed,the planting of up to 33321k hm2.To realize the comprehensive utilization of straw resources,it is urgent to apply the technology of whole stalk bundling baling harvest.But at home and abroad,the research on baling technology is mainly focused on the round and square baling forming,and the lack of relevant theoretical research on the whole stalk bundling baling forming.In this paper,the research on whole stalk bundling baling system is studied.Firstly,the physical properties of rice and wheat were analyzed by experiments.The physical characteristics of the material are summarized.Then,the core technology of the whole stalk bundling baling is overcome by using the bionic design theory and virtual simulation technology.The research platform of whole stalk bundling baling system was built.After that,the related mechanism of the system was summarized through the study of the whole stalk bundling baling system.Finally,the accuracy of the mechanism is verified by virtual test,prototype test and field test,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the whole stalk bundling baling technology.In this paper,the method of combining theoretical analysis,computer simulation and experimental analysis is used to study the whole straw bundle system.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.In the laboratory are analyzed on physical properties of materials,get the center of gravity displacement characteristics for crop straw with ear(such as rice,wheat)the location of the center of gravity is relatively high,and the position of the center of gravity decreases with the increase of water content.Straw crops without ear(Reed)the location of the center of gravity is relatively low,and the position of the center of gravity decreases with the increase of water content decreased.With the increase of cutting speed,the maximum shear force required for cutting straw increases firstly and then decreases.Under different cutting speeds,the shear force displacement curves of different crops are not the same.Crop stalks from bottom to top,the intensity of continuous reduction,flexibility,and constantly increasing,the load is getting smaller and smaller,but the deformation is growing.Study on physical properties of these materials not only play Structural optimization of key components for the whole stalk bundling baling equipment provide basic data support,but also provides the basis data for study of multi-body dynamics mechanism between straw crops and equipment.2.First of all,the design principle of the core device of the system is explored,analyzed and verified,and the structural parameters of each device are designed and calculated.Then,the three-dimensional structure model of each device is established,and the model is verified by using ADAMS simulation software.Finally,the specific parameters of the whole stalk bundling baling system were determined,and the design of low loss grain lifting device and efficient cutting device,vertical conveying device,rotary steering order collection device,accurate sending rope device,whole stalk bundling device,multi line bundle power transmission timing phase control device.Moreover,the research platform of the whole straw orderly bundling baling system is built,which provides a carrier for the mechanism research.3.Based on the research of the material characteristics and the baling technology,the mechanism of the multi body motion coupling of the whole straw orderly bundling baling system was studied on the basis of the whole straw orderly bundling baling system.At the same time,it reveals the interaction between content,timing phase angle and spindle speed on the impact effect of bundle rate and straw integrity rate were analyzed,and established the regression equation model.Use MATLAB software to analyze the interaction between the factors of influence on the baling rate and straw integrity rate of two main test indicators of the trend,and solved the optimal regression equation for each value are as follows:25%moisture content,the phase angle of 90 degrees,the spindle speed is 900r/min.At the same time,the accuracy of identified related mechanism,provide the theoretical basis for the research of the whole stalk bundling baling technology.
