Abstract/Summary:
Fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)cultivation has a long history as an important fast growing species of the South,the distribution of China’s 17 provinces throughout the subtropical south.It is a fast growing,wood texture,straight,light weight and tough,uniform structure,moderate strength,good corrosion insect resistance,and high economic value,forest area and stoCK volume accounted for 26.55%and 46.89%,respectively plantation country,the country total timber of 1/4,occupies a very important position in our plantations,for the healthy development of China’s forestry economy and environment ecological safety are of great significance.2012 January-February in Beijing Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology Laboratory Normal ion beam implantation test materials collected from Fujian Province Youxi State-owned forest farms operate third generation fir seed orchard excellent plant seeds to 50KeV low energy Fe +,Ti~+,Cu~+and Al + ion implantation,and implantation dose were injected doses were used(D1)1.0 x 1015 ions/cm2,(D2)5.0 x 1015 ions/cm2,(D3)1.0 x 1016 ions/cm2,(D4)5.0 × 1016 ions/cm2 for fir seed implantation experiments,(CK)without any treatment group.Each ion dose of more than 300 were treated seed grain,repeated three times.After treatment of the morphological and physiological and biochemical indicators of fir comparative study analysis,the results were as follows:(1)Fe~+,Ti~+,Cu~+ and Al~+ ion implantation on the seed germination have delayed effect,injection of Chinese fir seed germination rate has significant inhibitory effect,and showed a declining trend in some dose increase "saddle type" of the seed dose effect curve,and the germination rate increased with ion implantation dose a downward trend,Cu ions,Fe ions and A1 ions in different doses on germination rate decline is larger,titanium ion implantation weak inhibitory effect on germination rate,the harm of Chinese fir seed is lighter.In Fe ion and Ti ion implantation dose for D1,seed germination rate fell by 44.0%and 46.7%respectively,close to half lethal dose,same Cu ions and Al ion dose for D1,seed germination rate fell by 51.21%and 50.91%,respectively,was close to half lethal dose.(2)Fe~+,Ti~+,Cu~+ and Al~+ ion implantation on 35d fir seedlings and high Fe~+ and Ti~+ ion implantation on 180d seedlings growth has a certain role in promoting,the ion dose for D3 and D4 doses,average higher seedling height,the dosage is beneficial to promote seedling growth,but with the growth of seedlings,seedling growth rate fell.High mutation rate aspects respectively according to the contrast seedlings mutations plus two times the standard deviation of the critical value of the average standard screening,Fe ion mutation rate is 7.143%;Ti ion mutation rate was 4.167%,the Fe ions mutation rate is higher than that of Ti ion processing mutation rate.(3)Fe~+,Ti~+,Cu~+ and Al~+ ion implantation on the growth of Chinese fir seed root early has significant inhibitory effect,as the dose increased by the inhibition of enhancement,and differences in the different ion impact,iron ion and copper ion of Chinese fir seedling root length,strong inhibition of aluminum and titanium ions and ion implantation on Chinese fir seedling root length weaker inhibition performance,compared to the aluminum ion implantation,the weak influence on seedling root length of seedling root growth in the early damage.(5)While injected dose of Chinese fir seedling leaf length has certain inhibition,and lower the content of leaf mr.zhou,chlorophyll a/b value increases,the chlorophyll,lower chlorophyll content,seedling photosynthetic reaction were suppressed,PSII structural and functional damage,activity.Instead of titanium ion implantation on total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b has a certain role in promoting,can improve the ability of photosynthesis.(6)Fe~+ different doses of injected on the Fo and Fv rise even more sharply,the higher sensitivity of Fe~+.The Fo and Fv indexes changed little after Ti~+ doses of injected.Fe~+ and Ti~+injection have the trend of rising on Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo indexes,The Fv/Fm indexes haven’t changed much.Fe~+ different doses of injected on fir seedlings early stage of growth has photoinhibition effect,and QP indexes decline,NPQ curves were greater than in the control group and with ions injected into the trend of the higher dose of the most significant impact;D1,D2 and D3 doses of injected have better effect to promote the photosynthesis,D1 bring about the optimum doses of injected.And Rfd variable fluorescence ratio decline with Fo,Fv,QP,and the change of NPQ showed consistency,photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate is also affected by iron ion implantation is relatively lower,shows that after treated with iron ion beam fir leaf photosynthesis potential than iron ion injection of photosynthesis potential is low,and decreased with increasing particle injection quantity;Titanium ion beam processing fir leaf photosynthesis potential higher than did not inject ion beam photosynthesis potential.(7)Ti~+ and Fe~+ ion implantation caused a certain degree of Chinese fir seedlings cell membrane damage,compared Ti ion implanted Fe ion implantation,the low degree of cell membrane damage,conductivity D3 peaked when dose,D4 dose self-healing mechanism within the cell,the cell membrane damage is repaired.
