The problem of oil-tea camellia's size year effect seriously influences the economic benefits in Hainan. The test from two aspects of the flower and fruit retention and fertilization to explore the methods which can enhance the yield of oil-tea Camellia in Hainan and solve the problem which restricted Hainan tea industry's output development. In the experiment base of camellia,15 treatment groups were set up which then were treated by spaying drug liquids of different types and concentrations in their flowering period for flower and fruit retention and the water spaying treatment was also made in one group as the control group; afterwards,the ripe fruits would be harvested to measure the yield and single fruit weight, vertical and horizontal diameter, grain weight and other fruit indexes for statistical analysis.We applied different types and concentrations of fertilizers respectively, and used the fertilization without natural growth as a control, carrying out fertilization test.To measure the soil nutrition before fertilization and fruit, and we measure the length of a branch and the diameter of the branches every two months from May to November. After pressing the oil and other indicators of oil quality, we conducted an analysis on indicators for biometric. The results of the research are as follows:(1) impacts of different chemical spraying treatments on yield and fruit index of oil-tea Camellia in Hainan:The plant yield of the group which was treated by 0.5% borax, 20mg/L gibberellin, 800 times of Atonik, 0.1% borax +800 times Atonik +800 times Komix comprehensively is significantly higher than that of the control group; the transverse and longitudinal diameter of fruit which was treated by 0.5% borax is significantly higher than that of the control group; the individual weight of the fruit in the group treated by 20mg/L gibberellin, 0.1% borax and 800 times of Atonik is significantly higher than the control group; the grain weight and seed yield of each treatment group are not significant difference from that of the control group. Gibberellin, borax, atonk,komix treatment has significant effect in increasing of yield of camellia and improving the single fruit weight. Borax has an obvious effect on enhancing fruit volume.(2) Impacts of different fertilization treatments on yield and fruit index of oil-tea Camellia in Hainan:Fertilization can elevate the output. Moreover, using controlled release fertilizer can significantly enhance the yield, the effect of output is better than ordinary compound fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer. When we used a large amount(10kg / plant) of bio-organic fertilizers,it is better than that of compound fertilizers and controlled-release fertilizers in improving the weight and volume of fruits.(3) Impacts of different fertilization treatments on soil nutrition of 20-40 cm of oil-tea Camellia basement:500g / plant controlled release fertilizer and 750g / plant compound fertilizer can significantly influence the elevation and improvement of the soil hydrolysable N,available K, available P, Ca, Mg, S and so on. While applying bio-organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and controlled release fertilizer PH, it had no significant change.(4) Impacts of different fertilization treatments on leaf nutrition of oil-tea Camellia in Hainan:Applying the controlled release fertilizer of 750g / strain could effectively elevate the content of total N, total K and Mg in leaves, which can also increase the accumulation of nutrient elements in leaves and enhance the photosynthesis.(5) The influence of different fertilization on oil quality:When we used organic bio-fertilizer, compound fertilizer, controlled-release fertilizer, it will not change the oil yield of oil-tea Camellia seed, and it also will not change the oil quality relative indexes, such as iodine value and fatty acid composition. Moreover,the values of treatment group were similar and the difference was not obvious.
