The threat of soil salinization to agriculture is a global problem,nearly 20%of the world's arable land is saline soil.Salt stress inhibits the crop growth,resulting in crop production.This paper from the salt and cucumber rhizosphere soil habitats were collected and isolated from cucumber plants,and can tolerate 200mM and sodium chloride concentration of bacterial strains were collected from the soil,plant habitats.At the same time,the strains of dissolved organic phosphorus,organic phosphorus,nitrogen fixation,solution of ACC deaminase and siderophore activity were determined,and according to the various activities of assignment of the strains,131 strains were selected assignments in more than 3 fingerprint clustering analysis,according to the ARDRA map,the similarity in 50%,out of 45 strains from different clusters with high activity strains were different in greenhouse screening experiments,results show that,under alt stress,cucumber seedlings 20 days later,a strain of cucumber increased biomass was 7.82%-41.74%,and at the same time,increase the chlorophyll content of cucumber.Biomass of 12 strains increased stabilized at more than 30%,of which 40,44were respectively 37.20%,41.74%.At the same time improve the chlorophyll content of cucumber.assignment for the correlation analysis of the 45 strains of greenhouse effect and activity,the correlation coefficient is 0.8554,which indicates that the system has certain feasibility.Under salt stress,in addition to XY21,BBS family of bacteria or mixture on the growth of cucumber have a certain role in promoting the role of AR156,which was three(biomass increased by 21.99%).The fermentation supernatant of XY21(biomass increased by 1.38%).Under salt stress,strain or strains of the BBS family of bacteria on the growth of cucumber mixture has a certain role in promoting.BBS three fungus was the strongest,the biomass increased by 35.50%.Under salt stress,the BBS family on the growth of cucumber was better than the effect of fermentation.BBS treatment of cucumber could improve the salt tolerance of cucumber.Under salt stress,after BBS treatment,by improving the cucumber leaf relative water content,osmotic regulation substances content increased,decreased the cell membrane lipid peroxidation,keep the root vigor and maintain a high level of chlorophyll content to improve the salt tolerance of cucumber.
