In order to study the effect of Angelica sinensis(AS),Angelica sinensis Polysaccharides(ASP),Angelica sinensis alcohol extract(AAE)on the physiology biochemical indexes and immune-related genes of E.malabaricus.By comparing their effects,selecting the best medicinal components and appropriate level,providing theoretical basis for the using of AS,ASP and AAE on aquac?Lture.The AS(1.0g/kg?8.0 g/kg?15.0 g/kg),ASP(0.118 g/kg?0.944×118 g/kg?1.770 g/kg),AAE(1.12 mL/kg ? 8.96 m L/kg ? 116.80 m L/kg)were added in the basic diet of E.malabaricus.Physiobiochemical indexes and immune-related genes were tested at 14 th day,28 th day,42 th day.The res?Lts show that 8 g/kg of AS in the diet had the best effect on triglyceride(TG);0.944 g/kg of ASP has the best effect on lysozyme(LZM)activity serum.When the addition was 1.77 g/kg of ASP,the content of total cholesterol(TCHO)and the amount of NBT positive cell had the best effect.The addition of 1.77 g/kg ASP in the diet had the best effect on Red blood cells(RBC),White blood cells(WBC),activities of superoxide(SOD),activities of catalase(CAT);1.12 mL/kg AAE had the best effect on decreasing the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT);On increasing the content of haemoglobin(HB),activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),8.96 m L/kg AAE had the best effect;On decreasing the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),16.8 mL/kg AAE had the best effect.Edwardsiella tarda was injected into the abdominal of E.malabaricus after 42 days of feeding diet with AS,ASP and AAE.The res?Lts showed that the mortality rate of all experiment were lower than control groups.The immune protective rate: 1.77 g/kg ASP group was the highest,0.944g/kg ASP group was lower,15g/kg AS was the lowest.2.Study the effect of different level of AS,ASP,AAE in diet on the level of expression of immune-related genes in E.malabaricus head kidney.The res?Lts showed that 0.944 g/kg ASP had the best effect on the expression of TRIF;On increasing the expression of TLR-22?TRIF-3 and TNF-?,1.77 g/kg ASP had the best effect;8.96 mL/kg AAE had the best effect on the expression of MyD88.
