Pig-on-litter cultivation is a new type of ecological cultivation technology,there is broad prospects for development in our country.Dispose and source of pig-on-litter padding would be solved if scale of Pig-on-litter cultivation were expanded.We did this study to learn the effect of applying pig-on-litter padding on growth,yield,quality and soil physical-chemical character of lettuce and sugarcane and the purpose is to provide scientific evidences for recourses reuse of wasted Pig-on-little padding by pot and field experiment.Meanwhile,we also analyzed the performance of applying rice,sugarcaneand cassava straw on water absorption,stabilization and ammonia emission of padding and the purpose is to provide scientific evidences for recourses reuse of crop straw by simulation experiment.The results show that:1.The content of organic matter(22.44%-77.64%)and nutrient is abundant.Heavy metal content is in line with the state evaluation standard and maize seed emergence was not inhibited by padding extraction solution.Padding used about one year could provide N,P2O5 and K2O persistently in soil.The available nitrogen and available phosphorus supply ability is stronger in the early stage(0-30d),however,available potassium supply ability is stronger in the later period.2.Application of different kinds of pig-on-litter padding has significantly enhanced content of soil organic matter(SOM),available nitrogen,rapidly available phosphorus,rapidly available potassium and activity of acid phosphatase,catalase,proteinase.Plant height and biomass of lettuce increase respectively 32.05%-48.78%and 32.97%-92.56%contrast with control treatment(CK).Meanwhile,it significantly increased the quality of lettuce.The content of vitamin C(VC)enhanced 2.74-5.93 times,content of soluble protein·increased 23.64%-46.67%in application of pig-on-litter padding treatment.Different kinds of pig-on-litter padding had different effects,ecological chicken and duck breeding padding possessed the maximal yield-improving effects which had the higher nutrient content.However,ecological pig breeding padding significantly increased content of SOM.At the same time,nutrient utilization rate of padding that has shorter hours of use is higher.3.The research on the cooperating application field experiment about three treatments that Pig-on-little System padding provided 25%,50%and 100%nutrient with using the sugarcane variety of ROC22,CK was set without application of padding.The results found that increases in padding application result in proportionately increase in soil organic matter(SOM),root growth and photosynthetic rate.It has similar effect on the content of+1 levels total N,P,K between the treatments of padding application to total fertilization rate were 25%,50%and only fertilizer supply(CK).Increasing the proportion level of padding material increases the emergence rate and productive tiller of sugarcane in padding supply treatment.Yield and sucrose content increase respectively 7.48%-15.80%and 0.11%-0.68%contrast with control treatment when padding application to total fertilization rate were 25%,50%.Meanwhile,economic benefit increases respectively 4042 RMB·ha-1 and 8255 RMB·ha-1.However,sugarcane tiller yield,theoretical sugar-production and economic benefit in only padding supply treatment obvious lower than 50%treatment.4.The research on the sugarcane field experiment about Pig-on-little padding provide 40%nutrient,CK was set with fertilizer application amount of local farmer.Emergence rate,number of productive tiller and yield of sugarcane increase respectively 13.42%,40.55%and 26.46%contrast with CK.Moreover,elongation rate is 97.64%contrast with CK,economic benefit increases 13709 RMB·ha-1.When Pig-on-little padding provide 66%nutrient,emergence rate,average number of tuberization,yield and economic benefit of cassava increase respectively 10.86%,38.46%,37.69%and 6620 RMB·ha-1 contrast with CK.5.CK was set with 100%sawdust,the highest temperature increase respectively 6.3?7.0?15.1? than CK when 15%rice straw(RS),15%sugarcane leave(SL)and 15%cassava straw(CS)replace sawdust as padding,water absorption of RS attain 86.32%of CK,however,SL and CS equal with CK.The content of ammonium nitrogen increased 2.43%and 34.75%in 9th day contrast with CK when adding pig slurry and piss to RS and SL padding,the content of nitrate nitrogen enhanced 2.13 and 2.24 times in 15th day.Also,they increase respectively 10.44%and 7.52%emission of NH3 when emission is most.CS could promote the formation of nitrate nitrogen,but emission of NH3 is lower,content of ammonium nitrogen just reach 63.62%-92.04 of CK in 9th-12th day.Dry matter of RS,SL and CS is 83.14%?85.01%and 96.91%of CK after 60 day.6.Padding temperature and content of nitrate nitrogen is lower when urease inhibitors and sulphur-ferrisulphas replace bacteria.Urease inhibitors inhibit formation of ammonium nitrogen and reduce the emission of H2S,but increase emission of NH3 1.99 mg· m-3.Sulphur-ferrisulphas increase formation of ammonium nitrogen and emission of H2S,it increases emission of H2S 0.18 mg· m-3,but emission of NH3 is observably lower.The pH of sulphur-ferrisulphas padding educt is below 2.21-4.42 contrast with CK,however,urease inhibitors is equaled.In conclusion,the present studies indicated that Pig-on-litter padding is better organic.fertilizer resources because of rich in organic matter and lower content of heavy metal.It can promote crop growth,improve the quality and soil fertility,increase production and farmers' income when applying pig-on-litter padding on lettuce and sugarcane,it is an effective dispose way of waste pig-on-litter padding.10%-15%sawdust can be replaced by RS,SL and CS.Hydroscopicity,stability,NH3 concentration are similar to CK.Different straw padding is suitable for different cultivation mode.Urease inhibitors and sulphur-ferrisulph may have deodorization effect.
