Since twenty-first Century China's rapid development of artificial forest,the development speed and scale ranks first in the world.The artificial forest land quality decreased year by year,soil nutrient supply,plant diseases and insect pests were outbreak,threatening the normal growth of plants.With the popular concept of sustainable development,biological control at home and abroad has become a pest control and an important means to promote and the development direction of plant growth.Burkholderia pyrrocinia,JK-SH007 and Bacillus pumilus,JK-SX001,which were derived from screening procedure to efficiently increase bio-control potency on trees,such as poplar canker disease in poplar stems;Burkholderia Cenocepacia,NSM-05,which was obtained from Pinus massoniana shoots on pine shoot blight,with highly efficient bio-control effect,and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,FZB42,which was introduced to a broad spectrum disease resistance-promoting strain.JK-SH007 and FZB42 strains were selected to make of bio-organic fertilizer by combining two kinds of organic fertilizers respectively,and then the promoting mechanism of bio-organic fertilizer was investigated.The main research results were summarized as follows:In Baima test base of Nanjing Forestry University,these four kinds of bacteria were used to treat the poplar seedlings across irrigating roots.The results showed that all four kinds of bacteria could promote the growth of poplar.The tree hight and DBH of JK-SH007 treatment compare with the control increased by 5.94% and 22.15%.Among them,JK-SH007 and FZB42 strains performed better,and they were selected for promoting bacteria.In Huai'an and Caoxian,with the dipping method or the irrigating roots method application of promoting bacteria,the results showed both two kinds of bacteria could inhibit the growth of poplar canker,improving the survival rate of poplar,and significantly promote the growth of poplar.According to the antidesease growth-promoting effects of microbial resistance,FZB42 strain was superior to JK-SH007 strain.In Chuzhou of Anhui test site,these four kinds of bacteria were applied to Carya illinoinensis,Liquidambar formosana,Quercus acutissima,Zelkova serrata and Osmanthus fragrans respectively.The results showed that the bacteria had different degrees of growth-promoting effect on C.illinoinensis,L.Formosan,Q.acutissima,Z.serrata and O.fragrans,except JK-SX001.The tree hight and DBH of FZB42 treatment on C.llinoinensis compare with the control increased by 82.85% and 19.51%.Through determining the pot of C.llinoinensis chlorophyll content,photosynthetic index and enzyme activity,we found that all of the four kinds of bacteria could improve the photosynthesis of the pot of C.illinoinensis.FZB42,JK-SX001 and NSM-05 strains treatments could increase SOD and POD activities,and could decrease MDA contents.We preliminarily investigated the mechanism of bio-organic fertilizer on poplar.The results showed that the JK-SH007 and FZB42 strains could be colonized in the roots of poplar after being made of bio-organic fertilizers.The bio-organic fertilizer can promote the photosynthesis of poplar,increase SOD and POD activity,and decrease MDA content.The content of hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil could be increased after the application of bio-organic fertilizer.The soil microbial quantity,metabolic capacity,and the microbial community richness were also improved significantly.The pot experiment and field test showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could effectively promote the growth of poplar.
