Research And Realization Of Basic Farmland Public Supervision System Based On WebGIS

Basic farmland protection is a basic national policy of China,it plays an important role in protecting food security and holding the red line of cultivated land.With the end of basic farmland delineation,the public demands for basic farmland protection information,and the willing of participate in the land protection is increase.According to the current situation of basic farmland protection at home and abroad,the basic farmland supervision is mainly based on the monitoring of remote sensing and the irregular inspection of the land department,the dynamic,effective and comprehensive update of basic farmland supervision information can not meet the needs of real-time monitoring of basic farmland.This paper attempts to explore the combination of WebGIS based on public participation and the existing land resources database.Taking basic farmland as an example,introduces the research progress of basic farmland in GIS sharing,pulling in the concept of public participation GIS,from the key technology and information reliability to meet the public on the basic farmland "online management" portal construction,extend the means of land information monitoring to the public participation platform.Which can meet the needs of the dynamic monitoring of land information,but also to meet the public demands for the use of land information,and the data sharing and interoperability.To achieve public participation,enhance the informatization and publicizationand of land management.This paper uses the data of basic farmland of Dafeng in 2014,based on the WebGIS technology,combined with the ArcGIS API for Javascript which supports REST,Uses Javascript as the client development method,and the.NET MVC as the development framework.To establish the basic farmland public monitoring system based on WebGIS.The system is based on the B/S model to provide the public with the basic farmland information online browsing,information query,spatial analysis,thematic map production and basic farmland regulatory feedback and other functions,compared to the basic farmland supervision and protection work by the land sector staff to complete,The system for the basic farmland supervision and protection to broaden the new channels,that is,the spirit of "self-owned people own field" concept makes the public also participate in the basic farmland supervision and protection work.The actual test shows that the research system not only meets the public demands for basic farmland information acquisition,but also achieves the goal of public participation in basic farmland protection.To promote the basic farmland information sharing and protection efforts Strengthening has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.
