Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.,taste delicious,it is one of the most famous and precious edible fungus.It have a significant effect on weight loss,anti-cancer,lowering blood pressure,whitening,etc.Tongzi County,Guizhou Province,It have a significant climate,suitable for many of the characteristics of the growth and reproduction of resources,ethnic areas of wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.is rich in resources.But by the impact of the natural climate environment and human activities in recent years,national folk ecosystems and traditional culture has also undergone a corresponding change,especially the rapid development of market economy on the impact of traditional national culture and the environmental pollution caused by the problem,and a large number of bamboo forest has been cut down,wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.'s living environment has been severly damaged,wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.resources in the gradual reduction.The habitat of biology includes the natural environment and the microcosmic environment.This article uses the field research method of ethnological to study the growth environment,cognition and medical use of the wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.in the Tongzi County in Guizhou Province,also investigated the reason for the reduction.At the same time,we collected the soil with the growth of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.and without the growth of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.in the same bamboo forest.The microbial diversity was studied by chemical,molecular biology and other professional researchmethods.And to provide scientific basis for the further exploration of the protection of the habitat and the germplasm resources of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.in the further investigation of the folk survey and the coupling of chemical and molecular biological methods.According to the survey,in the knowledge and use of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.,the elder people know a lot about it,and the younger people know less.In the case of habitat,Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.growth in the spring and summer season,with humid,dark and rotten bamboo leaves habitat;and in the case of the reasons for the reduction of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.,the living environment was destroyed due to cultural changes,environmental pollution and forest damage,and the number of it continued to decline.There are no reports on soil microbes in the habitat of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.at present,and it is necessary to analyze the microcosmic environment based on the continuous reduction of the resources of the wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.in Tongzi County.In this paper,soil samples were collected in Shuizang Town,Tongzi County,taken the 16 S rRNA and ITS sequences as targets,using PCR-DGGE method,the diversity of microbial community was analyzed by high throughput sequence technique.According to the results,there were significant differences in the microbial community structure in the rhizosphere soil with the growth of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.and without it,a variety of Pleurotus and Mushroom fungi,Enterobacteriaceae bacteria may be beneficial to the growth of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch..Through the field investigation and scientific research,it is found that there is a high degree of coupling between the research on the cognition and molecular biology of the habitat of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.,it provide the scientific basis for the effective protection and rational utilization of the study on the Suitable habitat of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.in Tongzi area of Guizhou and its genetic resources.At the same time,this paper analyzes the reason of the reduction of the wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.resources in the ethnic and folk areain Tongzi,Guizhou,and summarizes the growth environment suitable for the wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch..Combined with the suitable habitat of wild Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.,We proposed two aspects by Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.resources and even biodiversity conservation: Firstly,increase publicity efforts to enhance the national awareness of the protection of biological diversity;the second,increase the protection of genetic resources of Dictyophora indusiata(Vent.Pers.)Fisch.,Implement remedial plan.
