Currently,For the study of crustacean immunity,most scholars focus on the aspect:under immunostimulants or environmental stress,one or more immune indicators of the immune response changes in the relevant experiments,which determine its immune function.The immune response is the overall response of the organism,which includes the individual effects and interactions of multiple immune pathways.Individual immune indicators and pathways do not accurately reflect the state of the body.Therefore,this article solves the problem by the system point of view,constructing the model of the immune system by referencing the document from recent years.The model is analyzed by computer and mathematical physics,the immune networks is quantified.It provides direction for the immune experiment by predicting unknown paths.Firstly,in recent years,with the deep research on the immune response to crustaceans,accumulated a large number of experimental results and experimental data.establishing a number of crustacean immune pathways:such as cystic action,phagocytosis and so on;Through a different type of reaction,concise and intuitive to show up with flow chart;The immunological effects of various immuno stimulants in the article were found and they were identified in the specific immune path,and finally the comprehensive immune system network relationship Fig.was obtained.Secondly,the Fig.of immune system is analyzed by using the knowledge of graph theory.The material or immune effect is abstracted as a node,the immune path is abstracted as the edge.To analyze the nature of the immune node graph,such as degree,aggregation,robustness.Research shows:In the immune network Fig of nodes,the degree of the nodes have power-law distribution,the aggregation of network nodes is low,which shows that the network is sparse.The node,whose degree of entry and exist is 1,occupy a large proportion.There are key nodes with higher access,called the immune center,as PO.Immune factors and stimulants exist a variety of circuits between each other.There are mainly positive feedback and negative feedback in the three-point relationship.lt is found with positive feedback and negative feedback pathes of the immune circuit in the Fig.At last,the whole crustacean immune network model was quantified and simulated.(1)To evaluate the effect of immunostimulants on each immune path,it is used self-organizing sampling principle to implement large data sampling;(2)According to the stability of the crustacean immune system,it is put forword the principle of stability screening to check the sampling data.(3)Considering the sensitivity of the crustacean immune system to stimulation,the principle of sensitivity screening is proposed.(4)According to the existing results,the principle of test consistency screening is put forward,and finally the quantitative model of the immune system of crustacean was obtained.The unknown immune pathways is studied by using the quantitative model,which provides a reference for the future research.
