Topic group through in vitro bacteriostasis,pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics experiment knew that,Compounds Fructus Mume could prevent and cure bacterial disease efficiently.Fructus Mume was main unilateralism inside.There were much of effective components such as gallic acid,malic acid,Citric Acid,flavonoids and baicalin,which had the functions of bacteriostasis,anti-virus,anti-oxidation,constringency and hemostasia.At the present time,Immuno-stimulants have been used to prevent and cure bacteroidal disease for fish widely.However,there are no studies about the effect the supplementation for immune monomer in the base of Chinese herbal compounds on immune function of fish.Therefore,it is very important for discussing the immune function of fish by Chinese herbal immuno-stimulants or the accession of Chinese herbal compounds.The dissertation studies the influence of the supplementation for different immune monomer in the base of Compounds Fructus Mume on immune function of Ctenopharyngodon idellus,determineing the effect of the accession of different level Glycyrrhizic acid for Compounds Fructus Mume on immune function of Triploid crucian carp and the impact of Chinese herbal immuno-stimulants "yu kang" on immune function of Ctenopharyngodon idellus,aiming for probing into the functionary purpose of immuno-stimulants on immune function of fish.This study will seek ask for a new approach for disease prevention and cure and healthy culture of fish and pile up some basical data for insight into the fishery immunity.1 The study on influence of the supplementation of immune monomer for Compounds Fructus Mume on immune functions in Ctenopharyngodon idellusTo determine the effect of the supplementation of immune monomer in the base of Compounds Fructus Mume on immune functions of Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Water-soluble chitosan,astragalus polysaccharin and glycyrrhizic acid accounting for 0.42 percent were fed with fundamental diets containing 1 percent of Compounds Fructus Mume respectively for 21 days.hnmune organic index of liver,kidney and spleen,the alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of serum,the rate and index of lymphocytes phagocytosis and the amount of NBT-positive cells were examined respectively 1 day,5 days,9 days,13 days,17days and 21days after feeding diets.To mensurate cumulating mortality,the Ctenopharyngodon idellus were injected with Aeromonas sobvia in thorax 6 days.The results showed that the mortality rate of Compounds Fructus Mume+chitosan group,Compounds Fructus Mume+astragalus polysaccharin group and Compounds Fructus Mume+glycyrrhizic acid group was 20.0%,25.0%,22.5%respectively after injection,the different was remarkable comparison to negative control group which is 36.7%(P<0.05),falling by 16.7%,11.7%,14.2% respectively,and Compounds Fructus Mume+chitosan group could sharply decrease the mortality rate compared with negative control group(P<0.05).The liver,spleen and kidney indices,the AKP and SOD activity of Compounds Fructus Mume+glycyrrhizic acid group were significant higher than that of other group(P<0.05).the amount of NBT positive-cells and the rate and index lymphocytes phagocytosis of Compounds Fructus Mume+glycyrrhizic acid group were also significant higher than that of blank group,negative control group and positive control group(P<0.05).The AKP and SOD activity in the serum of Compounds Fructus Mume+chitosan group and Compounds Fructus Mume+astragalus polysaccharin group were significant higher than that of blank group and negative control group(P<0.05),the amount of NBT positive-cells of the above two group were remarkable comparative to blank group,negative control group and positive control group(P<0.05).The results demonstrated that Compounds Fructus Mume+ Glycyrrhizic acid,Compounds Fructus Mume+chitosan and Compounds Fructus Mume +astragalus polysaccharin could enhance the non-specific immune function and resistance to potential infection of Aeromonas sobvia,and Compounds Fructus Mume+Glycyrrhizic acid was superior than Compounds Fructus Mume +chitosan and Compounds Fructus Mume +astragalus polysaccharin in immune effect.2 The effect of accession of different level glycyrrhizic acid in Compounds Fruetus Mume on immune function of Triploid crucian carpglycyrrhizic acid in certain ratio was added to the fundamental diets of Carassius auratus containing 1.0 percent of Compounds Fructus Mume,the immune organic index,the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and Catalase(CAT),Serum antibody titer of serum and the amount of NBT positive-cells were also examined respectively 1 day,5 days,9 days,13 days,17 days,21 days.In order to record the cumulative mortality,the specimens were also injected with Aeromonas sobvia in thorax 10 days later.The results were as follows:the mortality rate of 1% glycyrrhizic acid group(12.5%) was much lower than that of negative control group which was 41.7%after injection(P<0.01),and the mortality of Compounds Fructus Mume+ 0.25%glycyrrhizie acid group and Compounds Fructus Mume+0.5%glycyrrhizic acid group was 22.5%,17.5%respectively,they show a difference with the negative control group(P<0.05).The amount of NBT positive-cell of Compounds Fructus Mume+0.25%glycyrrhizic acid group was much higher than that of blank group,negative control group and positive control group(P<0.01),and Compounds Fructus Mume+0.25%glycyrrhizic acid group could markedly increase its AKP and CAT activity,liver,kidney and spleen index and Serum antibody titer compared with negative control group(P<0.05).The amount of NBT positive-cells and the CAT activity of Compounds Fructus Mume+0.5%glycyrrhizic acid group show a remarkably higher than that of blank group,negative control group and positive control group(P<0.01),and the AKP activity and Serum antibody titer of the group show a difference with negative control group again(P<0.05).1.0%glycyrrhizic acid group could extremely raise the CAT activity and the amount of NBT positive-cells compared with blank group,negative control group and positive control group(P<0.01),the group could notably increase the liver,spleen and kidney index,the AKP activity and serum antibody titer compared with negative control group(P<0.05).This experimental results made know Compounds Fructus Mume+0.25%of Glycyrrhizic acid, Compounds Fructus Mume+0.5%of Glycyrrhizic acid and 1%of Glycyrrhizic acid could accelerate immune function of Triploid crucian carp,and enhance resistance to potential infection of Aeromonas sobvia,and the immune effect of Compounds Fructus Mume+0.25%of Glycyrrhizic acid and 1%of Glycyrrhizic acid were superior than that of Compounds Fructus Mume+0.5%of Glycyrrhizic.According to these results,we can draw the conclusion that Compounds Fructus Mume+0.25%of Glycyrrhizic acid is recommended for enhancing immunity and decreasing cost.3 The influence of Chinese herbal immuno-stimulants on immune functions of Ctenopharyngodon idellusWith Ctenopharyngodon idellus about weight(29.63±3.29)g as experimental material, Chinese herbal immuno-stimulants "yu kang" was added to fundamental diets in the ratio of 0,62.5 mg/kg,125 mg/kg,250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg for 37 days.Some immune indices of Ctenopharyngodon idellus such as the immune organic index,alkaline phosphatase(AKP),ANAE masculine rate of blood lymphocyte,serum bactericidal activity and serum antibody titer and so on,were also examined respectively 1 day,5 days,9 days,13 days,21 days,29 days,37 days.To record the cumulative mortality,the specimens were also injected with Aeromonas sobvia in thorax respectively 7 days and 19 days.The results indicated that 250 mg/kg,accession of "yu kang",could significantly reduce the cumulative mortality compared with control group after twice injection(P<0.05).Special growth rate,feed conversion ratio.The serum antibody titer was remarkably significant difference between trial group and control(P<0.01).250 mg/kg could significantly improve survival percent,liver and head kidney index,AKP activity,lymphocytes amount and serum bactericidal activity compared with control group(P<0.05).62.5mg/kg group compared with control group could significantly enhance AKP activity(P<0.05),but sharply reduce its amount of granulose cells(P<0.05).125 mg/kg group could evidently increase lymphocytes amount contrasting with control group(P<0.05),but significantly decrease granulosa cells and monocytes(P<0.05).The monocytes of 250 mg/kg group and the amount of NBT positive-cells of 500 mg/kg group was remarkably lower than that of control group(P< 0.05).In the review,250 mg/kg of "yu kang" in the diets could effectively improve the growth performance of Ctenopharyngodon idellus,immune function and the resistance to potential infection of Aeromonas sobvia,and the feed supplemented with 62.5 mg/kg and 125 mg/kg of "yu kang" could play a certain role on immune function in Ctenopharyngodon idellus,but the effect of them was not more effective than that of 250 mg/kg of "yu kang".
