Corn stover deep incorporation also plays an important role in improving soil structure, enhancing soil organic matter, increasing root nutrient reserves and promoting crop root development. And to explore the mechanism of Corn stover deep incorporation on soil physical and chemical properties and spatial variability of root nutrients. The aim was to understand the mechanism of nutrient transport and spatial distribution of stover and provide theoretical support for rational utilization of stover resources.Including two treatments in this paper: CK(control)、CS1(stover shallow application)、CS2(CSDI)、TF(Traditional farming)、SNT(Stubble no tillage)and CS(CSDI).The spatial model and coordinate system of root soil are established, and the spatial distribution of available N,P and K nutrients in the root zone of black soil in vertical and horizontal directions was studied by the means of sampling method of spatial soil. The results show:(1)The soil tightness and bulk density decreased after the stover was returned, soil moisture content, water holding capacity and porosity increased;CSDI is also more obvious than the effect of stover on the improvement of soil physical properties.(2)After adding the stover, the organic carbon content of soil and humus increased, and the ΔlgK value of HA increased, and the increase of stover was more significant than that of stover.(3)In the vertical direction, the depth of stover also had little effect on the content of available N、P and K in the surface soil, and had a significant effect on the deep soil(10 ~ 25cm),and the increase rate increased with the depth.Horizontal direction, the distance from the main root of corn, stover deep on the role of the more obvious increase in nutrients.(4)In the vertical direction, the depth of stover also had little effect on the content of water content in the surface soil, and had a significant effect on the deep soil(10 ~ 25cm),and the increase rate increased with the depth.Horizontal direction, the distance from the main root of corn, stover deep on the role of the more obvious increase in water content.(5)In the vertical distribution,The contents of soil organic carbon in the root zone decreased with the increase of the depth(0~25cm),decreases as the distance from the main root decreases, the increase of stover depth was more obvious than that of CK,In the horizontal distribution, the closer the main root is,the lower the organic carbon content,CSDI processing also reduced the magnitude of the increase.Vertical direction,CSDI also had little effect on soil organic carbon content,on the deep soil(10~25cm)has a significant increase in the role,Horizontal direction, the distance from the main root of corn,CSDI also on the reduction of organic carbon more obvious.(6)In the vertical distribution, the root zone root growth increases with the depth of the profile increases,CSDI also had little effect on the growth of surface roots,In the 15 ~ 20 cm soil layer to reach the maximum. In the horizontal distribution, with the distance from the main root to reduce the increase,The closer to the main root of maize, the deeper the effect of straw on the growth of crop roots.(7)It is feasible to study the soil nutrient distribution in the root zone by using three-dimensional sampling method. The results provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of nutrient transport and spatial distribution of stover, but also provide support for the practice of stover.
