Jilin Province is one of the three corn belts in China,a large amount of straw is produced each year.At the same time,Jilin Province is also a big province of livestock and poultry breeding Therefore,the use of corn straw to produce animal feed has become an important way of straw resources utilization in Jilin Province.At present,the degradation of lignin and cellulose in straw utilization ignored the taste of straw feed,low nutrition and health care value,resulting in the high cost of straw feed production and poor acceptance.This paper attempts to produce an animal feed using the Irpex lacteus to ferment a mixture of cron stalks and feather powder.It is hoped that cell growth will improve the conversion of substances to improve the nutritional and health effects,so as to solve the problems of poor palatability and inadequate nutrition in the straw feed utilization.(1)The strain of ZK1 was selected from the rotten wood in the eastern mountainous area of Jilin Province,which has the ability to degrade lignin and improve the nutritional value of forage.The strain ZK1 colonies are dentate,white,flocculent,hyphae with septum,colony flattened in PDA medium.The BLAST results of ITS sequences showed that the strain ZK1 had a relationship of the Irpex lacteus,and all this combined with its structural features and then observe the results according to the structural characteristics and microscopic examination,the strain ZK1 was identified as Irpex lacteus.The strain ZK1 can produce lignin peroxidase,manganese peroxidase and laccase,through decolorizing the aniline blue-PDA medium,Guaiacol-PDA medium was brownish red,so the strain ZK1 has the ability to degrade corn stalks.(2)The highest degradation rate of the strain ZK1 was 37.59% in the alkali lignin medium.And after 20 days of fermentation and culture,the strain ZK1 could penetrate into the straw to damage.It exhibited a high degree of lignin degradation at 37.41% while maintaining low cellulose degradation at 21.10%.The strain ZK1 had good growth at the temperature of 150 ? and 150-180 r / min in PDA medium,and had high LiP,MnP,Lac and polysaccharide in this condition,The activity of LiP,MnP and Lac in ZK1 strain reached 132.19 U / L,167.79 U / L,410.41 U / L,and the content of polysaccharide was 318.29 mg / g.The strain ZK1 could promote the release of phosphate from phytate in phytic acid calcium phosphate,and gradually clarify the turbid medium.The content of soluble phosphate in the liquid was 680.09 mg / L.The content of true protein in maize straw was 62.4%,the content of crude protein was 41.25%,which indicated that the strain ZK1 could can increase the content of fermented protein.Thus,strain ZK1 has the ability to degrade cellulose,lignin,phytic acid,and increase the content of soluble polysaccharides,proteins and soluble phosphates.(3)The order of growth ability of strain ZK1 in the matrix is corn stover and feather powder mixture> corn stalk> feather powder.The results showed that the content of 4: 1 mixed fermentation medium was higher than that of the other two kinds of mixing ratio,that is,4: 1 mixed fermentation medium> 2: 1 mixed fermentation medium> 1: 1 mixed fermentation medium.The lignin peroxidase,manganese peroxidase,laccase and phytase were the highest at the mixing ratio of 27.1U / g,13.76 U / g,93.33 U / g and 1314.98 U / g,respectively.It exhibited a high degree of lignin degradation at 3.44% while maintaining cellulose degradation at 41.02%.The strain ZK1 produced cell polysaccharide with a highest content of 37.11mg/g in fermentation products.It exhibited a high degree of phytase at 1314.16U/g while soluble phosphate at 131.42?g/g.It exhibited a high degree of the true protein at 1314.16U/g while crude protein at 131.42?g/g.Therefore,the combination of the corn stover and the feather powder in three different proportions,4: 1 mixed products of high nutrition,low content of lignin and cellulose,is the best ratio of the three.The strain ZK1 was able to grow with the straw,the feather powder,and a mixture of two.In summary,strain ZK1 can be straw,feather powder and a mixture of the two growth,The strain ZK1 not only produces enzymes,degrades lignin and cellulose,but also produces bacteriophage polysaccharides with medicinal and health benefits,easily digestible bacterial proteins,and produces phytase to release phosphorus that is not easily digested by animals,in the use of phosphorus,so it showed that strain ZK1 had important application value in utilizing corn straw to produce high quality feed.
