In recent years,the northeast region as an important grain production base in China,in order to ensure the long-term stable development of agriculture in Northeast China,a large scale implementation of agricultural promotion of conservation tillage technology.No tillage and minimum tillage is the core of the implementation of conservation tillage.No tillage sowing technology and the popularization,greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural production.But with the the rapid development of no tillage planter,planter also exposed some problems.First of all,after the harvest,straw coverage increased in seeding,no tillage planter is easy to appear around the block phenomenon,to implement difficult through;secondly,because of no tillage soil,bed soil The soil is not soft,to some extent,it hinders the growth of crops at the seedling stage;again,no tillage with stubble and ridge side furrow are not beneficial to the planting and management of the next crop.Based on the above problems,based on consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research status of no tillage planter,and according to the requirements of the northeast corn straw mulching planting operation conditions and agricultural technology,developed a new protective tillage sowing machine,and the machine and its key parts of the theoretical analysis and experimental research system.The research content and achievements are as follows:1)The whole structure design: reduced tillage seeding by dynamic ditching and seeded into two parts,the same equipment,the overall structure of the design is divided into two parts,namely the stubble seeding monomer and monomer.Usually,the stubble breaking machine is ridge,full width operation,does not meet the minimum requirements,design.The five knife single ridge stubble cutter head assembly of the disc was reduced to two,two disc lateral spacing of 100 mm,the minimum tillage,change the arrangement and distribution tool,improve the stubble breaking effect;sowing and fertilizing device to adapt to the characteristics of cultivated land in Northeast China,to ensure the consistency of sowing depth,retained the four connecting rod profiling.The power of ditching,sowing soil is soft,so Fertilization and seeding furrower were runner.Sliding knife on soil little disturbance,and can effectively improve the anti-blocking,anti-wind,machine performance.By pressing wheel is also a power wheel metering device,taking into account the operating conditions,the power transmission adopts bevel gear reversing mechanism.2)The prototype: through theoretical analysis and experimental study,the "2BS-2" type tillage sowing machine of the key components of the structure and parameters,according to the principle of mechanical design,combined with the agricultural machinery design manual,complete the trial of the first generation prototype.3)Field experiments: experiment was carried out in May 2016,straw mulching less cultivator seeder test respectively to verify the stubble tillage sowing machine anti blocking performance,consistency of sowing depth,wheel slipping rate,pass rate of seeding,leakage sowing rate and replay rate.The tests show that the the machine has good stubble breaking ability.
