Leguminivora glycinivorella(Mats)is a monophagous pest which spread widely and damage severely. The pest delayed winter by larval. The ability of the larva to adapt to the various conditions of the agricultural land determines the origin of the worm origin in the next generation. The research has important significance to study the mechanism of cold resistance. The paper studied the larvae overwintering survival state and the tolerance ability under water stress as well as determined the inclusions and protective enzyme system in the diapause period change trend. The research results as followed:1.Survival rate with soil depth increases obviously rise, while Beauveria bassiana infection rates are falling. The Female survival rate is higher than male.2.The survival rates of larvae of different soybean varieties are different. The survival rate of the Jinong11 varieties was significantly lower than that of the Jiyu723.The rank of cooling point from Jinong 11,Suinong 14,Jinong18,Jiyu 72 andJinong 30.The rank of freezing point from Jinong18,Jinong 11,Suinong 14,Jiyu 72 andJinong 30.There is no significantly statistical difference4.Cooling point and freezing point Changed with temperature.5.Non-hysteresis larvae can live for 10 days under water leaching, while the incubation larvae can survive 21 days in 15 ?.The survival rate of The complete cocoon is higher than incomplete one.Meanwhie investigated the survival rate in 5,10,20,25 ? condition situation,6.The contents of trehalose, free fat, binding fat, glycerol content and protein concentration, alanine, proline, valine, glutamic acid, threonine, lysine, histidine and tyrosine in insects were determined, which presented logistic model, shows the correlation between temperature and inclusions7.The changes of the activity of protective enzymes in the overwintering period showed that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT enzymes increased with the cold trend of the climate, and reached the peak in January and then decreased again.
