| Grapholitha glycinivorella Mats.is one of the major pests of soybean, its larvaeeat legumes, grain, seriously affect the yield and quality of soybean, directly toagricultural production losses. This study focuses on eight geographic populations ofoverwintering larvae of Grapholitha glycinivorella Mats., the apparent conditionindex, the main content of inclusions and a cooling and freezing point of measurement, analysis of the differences. Through cluster analysis clear its divided three geographictypes of formation. And the preliminary soybean budworm population differentiationin different regional geographic in China is evaluated. Overwintering larvae of thelow temperature environment adaptability test show significant positive correlationwith a cooling point. The overwintering larvae status indicators and cooling pointcorrelation analysis indicates preliminary results on the related factors on theinfluence of low temperature resistance of the overwintering larvae. The mainresearch results as follows:1ã€Significant differences apparent at status indicators in Different geographicalpopulations of overwintering larvaeOverwintering larvae head of state of apparent indexes such as the width, lengthand weight measurement analysis, has been clear about the Benxi, Cangzhou, SuZhou, float head width close to four species, there is no significant difference, and than theother four species head shell width;Heihe, JiaMusi, Changchun, and Helong fourpopulations body length and there is no significant difference is bigger than otherspecies; Benxi, Cangzhou, Suzhou three populations larva dry weight have nosignificant difference, but significant differences with other populations, respectively.2ã€Significant differences exist in mainly inclusions in different geographicalpopulations of overwintering larvaeDifferent geographical populations of overwintering larvae mainly inclusionsexist significant differences in carbohydrate, protein content in a downward trendfrom north to south, Benxi,CangZhou, SuZhou, installed with four populations ofcarbohydrate, protein levels were no significant difference, and significantly lowerthan other populations, and fat content is significantly higher than other populations, moisture content is lower than the other four populations. 3ã€Significant differences exist in the cooling point and freezing point in differentgeographical populations of overwintering larvaeThe cooling point of the population in Heihe is the highest, and the lowest inDuan. There was no significant difference in Heihe, Jiamusi, Changchun, Benxi,Cangzhou. The freezing point also has no significant difference in Heihe, Jiamusi,Benxi, Cangzhou, which has in the population of Duan.4ã€Different geographic populations clearly divided into three regionsGrapholitha glycinivorella Mats.8geographical populations of overwinteringlarvae status indicators for cluster analysis results, Heihe, Jiamusi, Changchun, andHelong four largest similarity between geographic populations, Benxi, Cangzhou,Suzhou three biggest species similarity, and installed with population as sui generis, divide into three obvious regional type.5ã€Environment adaptability of overwintering larvae to the low temperature andrelated factors.Grapholitha glycinivorella overwintering larvae to the low temperatureenvironment adaptability and its supercooling point significantly correlated.Overwintering larvae had cooling points directly determine its overwintering larvaefight cold ability, through the lower cooling points show that the strength of the coldhardiness, and vice versa. And overwintering larvae in total sugar, sugar and proteincontent with supercooling point and cold resistance ability are closely related. |
