This project has studied and designed a kind of the mechanical pickup dung pick machine.The picker moves through the engine-driven motion platform and drives the screw scraper in the feces to push and scour the cow dung on the embankment and deliver the cow dung to the dung device by throwing the dung to finish the cow dung pick up work,as the cow dung picker is in the embankment(slope ratio of about 1: 3)on the pick up operations,should be as much as possible to reduce the body center of gravity,to ensure the stability of the machine.The spiral scraper tool and the frame are two important parts of the embankment cow dung picker.This paper focuses on the design of the screw scraper tool and frame and the structure of the screw scraper tool.The main research contents are as follows:This paper firstly introduces the working principle,the overall design scheme and the concrete design scheme of the dyke cow dung picker,introduces the physical and mechanical performance parameters of cow dung,and provides the theoretical basis for the correlation calculation.According to the design of the spiral scraper tool model,the method of establishing the mathematical method is used to optimize the structure of the spiral scraper tool,and the post-helical scraping is optimized.The spiral scraper tool has been designed to optimize the power and picking efficiency.The quality of the tool is reduced by6.2kg.The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the transient and modal of the optimized tool.The thickness of the tool is further optimized based on the analysis result,and the overall weight of the screw scraper tool is reduced The Verification of the screw scraper tool to meet the design requirements.The design of the frame of the embankment was carried out in detail.The design parameters were obtained and the 3D model of the frame was established.The finite element model of the frame was established,the static analysis and the modal analysis were carried out.And the corresponding results show that the frame meets the requirements of strength and stiffness,and the frame does not resonate when it is picked up.According to the analysis results,to further optimize the thickness of the frame steel pipe to achieve the purpose of reducing the weight of the frame,and ultimately reduce the weight of the machine,saving manufacturing costs.Through the design and analysis of the spiral scraper tool and frame,the prototype has been tested locally to lay the foundation for the whole machine research and development.
