Different oat population with 81 ITAO population,72 XO population and 65 wild oat were used in this research.Investigating and analyzed for different oat population with multi-component content of nutrients,agronomic characters and ?-glucan.The results are as followed:1.Analyzed for different oat population between multi-component content of nutrients and agronomic characters,Strong significances(p<0.0001)were detected for the grain nitrogen of ITAO population,and also grain phosphorus of XO population were strong significant.Compared with oat population for ITAO and XO,multi-component content of nutrients was lower than wild oat.2.Principal component analysis(PCA)results proved that oat population of ITAO and OX were consistent with the enironment and opposite to the wild oat population.Compared to the XO population,ITAO is susceptible to soil and climate.The wild oat populations indicating that they have natural advantages.3.Correlation-based network multi-component content of nutrients and agronomic characters exhibited,major positive relationships with multi-component content of nutrients or agronomic characters.Abundant correlations between multicomponent content of nutrients and agronomic traits,which mainly negative correlated.Which provide a bright sight for procedures of utilization and breeding.4.Analysis the different oat population of?-glucan showed that the range of content from 1.76%to 8.72%.Correlation network analysis exhibited that there is a significant positive correlation between the total flavonoids and?-glucan both ITAO and XO population.Abundant correlations of?-glucan were detected from mainly negative correlated to the agronomic traits.5.It proved that the results of screeing the genotypes with multiple nutrition traits on different oat population,Extreme genotype,ITAO11,ITAO22,ITAO81,XO-1-35,XO-1-47,XO-1-65,Nah9,Rg7-OA,Ecg12,Tg13 and Atl3 with low grain solubleprotein content was screened out,with contrary genotype ITAO-2,ITAO-3,ITAO73,XO-1-2,XO-1-33,Ecg5-OA,Tg12-OA,Haifa-1 and BO9 that obtained high values in all seed nutrients,therefore,they will be benefit for the further breeding program.Concluding,the priorities of seed nutrients from different oat population and its potential diversity with favorable variations within the whole population will provide a bright sight for procedures of utilization and breeding.
