Offshore wind farms are moving toward the far sea,deep sea,large-scale development trend.However,the future development of offshore wind power is not only full of severe technical challenges,there are contradictions and other industries,especially fisheries.At present,the sea area of offshore wind farms is only used for offshore wind power and is not used for other purposes.The utilization rate of sea area is very low.At the same time,fishery is mainly distributed in inshore areas.Poor circulation and other issues,resulting in environmental deterioration of aquaculture waters,disease,fish quality decline.Therefore,it is necessary to actively develop offshore wind power and far-sea aquaculture technology.transform the contradictions into cooperation,create a new concept of multi-purpose marine space,in order to promote the automation of offshore cage culture to solve its energy supply problems.Multi-purpose use of wind farms,the two industries to achieve maximum economic efficiency.This paper puts forward the idea of combining offshore cage culture with offshore wind power to increase the income of offshore wind farms and speed up the progress of cage culture in far sea and deep sea.A scheme was put forward to install the aquaculture cage on the base of the jacket offshore wind turbine,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.The main contents are as follows:1.The development status of China offshore wind power industry and marine aquaculture industry is expounded,and the background and significance of combining the offshore wind power and marine aquaculture industry to realize the economic benefit maximization of the two industries are discussed.2.The base types of offshore wind turbines are simply introduced,and a scheme of combining marine wind power generation with marine aquaculture is put forward by installing the aquaculture cages on the periphery of the base of the jacket wind turbine,and carry out the preliminary conceptual design.3.This paper introduces the various environmental loads on offshore jacket wind turbine,analyzes and chooses the wave theory which is suitable for the support structure of the wind turbine,and determines the wave load parameters,which provides the theory for mechanics analysis of the structure.4.The finite element model of wind turbine support structure was established.Under the wave and current loads,the wave angle of 0 ° ~ 360 ° was searched at the wave incident angles of 0 ° and 45 °,respectively,to determine the maximum wave phase angle and the maximum wave-wave coupling force,as the input of mechanical analysis conditions.The static analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the supporting structure of the jacket wind turbine were carried out under the wave and wind loads.5.After the aquaculture cage was installed on the base of jacket wind turbine,the numerical simulation method of cage netting is introduced,and the cages are installed in the periphery of the base of the wind turbine.And then the finite element model of the support structure of the jacket fan was established.The mechanical analysis of the structure under the action of wave and wind load was carried out.And the results were compared with the results before the installation of cages to verify the feasibility of retrofitting the cage plan in the periphery of the jacket wind base.
