Ligularia is a perennial herb of Ligularia fir,which is of good medicinal and medicinal value.Leymus chinensis leaves as the northeastern Yanbian area unique edible plant horseshoe leaves,has a higher nutritional value and the same good product traits,with good characteristics of flavor,and one of the nutritional flavor quality is one of the main contents of the quality of testing.By using the three-year-old Ligularia viridis in three differents physiological stages in the non-bolting period,bolting period,flowering period and fruit age in shady and unshaded shade treatments in the school base and Antu base The aim of this study was to establish the scientific theoretical basis and technical guidance for grasping the best harvesting period and the most suitable habitat for the growth habitat.The results showed that the photosynthesis,nutrient index and volatile oil were different,The results of the study are the following:The results showed that there were many kinds of volatile oil in the three species,and the chemical constituents of volatile oil in the three were dimethyl sulfide,?-pinene and laurel Ene.The number of substances contained in L.villosum Dong et Liu was 38,and the number of substances in L.fischeriL was 49,and the number of substances in L.intermedia Nakai was 43.The results showed that the leaf temperature and leaf temperature were lower than those in the non-bolting period,bolting period and flowering stage,while the photosynthetic active radiation and net photosynthetic rate were higher than that of the other three period.And the concentration of carbon dioxide and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the results were higher than those in the non-bolting period,bolting period and flowering stage.The results showed that the crude fiber content increased gradually with the growth and development.The contents of crude protein and soluble sugar increased with the increase of bolting period,bolting period and flowering period,and the results showed that the content of crude protein increased first and then decreased.The content of mineral elements N,K,Na,P,Mg,Fe and Mn decreased with the growth period,the period of bolting and flowering,and the results increased first and then decreased.Ca,Zn,Cu and B showed a tendency to increase gradually.The contents of various amino acids increased first and then decreased with the period of bolting,bolting,flowering and fruit.The results showed that the volatile oil extracted from the leaves of L.villosum Dong et LiuL.fischeriL.intermedia Nakaicould not be found in the leaves of L.villosum Dong et Liu,The chemical constituents of the volatile oil extracted from the white leaves of L.fischeriwere 12,and the total chemical components of the volatile oil extracted from L.intermedia Nakai were 14.The results showed that the leaf temperature and leaf temperature of shade treatments were higher than those of shading treatments,and reached the maximum at 12 o'clock.Uncovered photosynthetically active radiation is greater than shade of photosynthetically active radiation and reaches peak at 12 o'clock.Shade treatment of carbon dioxide concentration is greater than the non-shading treatment.There is no significant difference in the relative humidity between the two shading treatments and shading treatments.The results showed that the contents of crude fiber,crude protein,soluble sugar,crude fat and vitamin C in the shading treatment group were lower than those in the shade treatment group.The content of ash in the shading group was slightly higher than that in the untreated group.The contents of Na,Fe and Zn in the non-shading treatment group were higher than those in the shading group,and the content of other mineral elements was lower than that of the shading group.The content of proline and serine was lower in shade group than that in shading group.The content of other amino acids was higher than that of shading group.The results showed that the volatile oil extracted from the leaves of L.villosum Dong et Liu was 12,and the volatile oil extracted from the non-bolted white Leymus chinensis was found to be common Chemical composition of the peak of 18.The results showed that the diurnal variation trend and size of leaf temperature and leaf temperature of Antu base and school base were similar,and there was no significant difference.The net photosynthetic active radiation of Antu base is larger than that of school base.Antu base of photosynthetic efficiency is less than the school base.The intercellular CO2 concentration and relative humidity of the school base are less than that of the Antu base.The results showed that the contents of crude fiber,ash and soluble sugar in Antu base were slightly larger than those in the school base.The crude protein and crude fat content were lower than that of the school base.The content of mineral elements in the school base is only Na,Fe,Zn higher than the Antu base,other mineral elements are less than the Antu base.The content of amino acids in the base of the school was only that of proline and serine was higher than that of Antu base,and the content of other amino acids was less than that of Antu.
