Ligularia is herbaceos perennial of Asteraceae, Paektu is small secondary distribution center of Ligularia in northeast, most of Ligularia are important flower ornamentals of summer travel on Paektu, and they are plant resources of edible and medicinal. This test material is five kinds Ligularia mainly produced in Paektu: L.fischeri,L,jaluensis Kom, L. intermedia Nacka, L.schmidtii (Maxim.) Makino, L.villosum Dong et Liu.First is research on its natural lighting conditions Photosynthetic characteristics, and to calculate light saturation point and light compensation points, Identifying the light adaptability and ecological characteristics of five kinds Ligularia; second is to analyze and evaluate systematically the tolerance of shade and the optimal light range of five kinds Ligularia in 50% and 70% shady treatments. Last is research on the Photosynthetic characteristics and influencing factors on different plot in the growing environment of five kinds Ligularia. For further introduction cultivation, aimed at landscaping application and new varieties, provides the theory basis for the resource conservation and utilization of lay the foundation. The main research results are as follows:1.Under natural light conditions, discover diurnal net Photosynthetic rates change of five kinds Ligularia are all double-peak curve, noon have obvious Photosynthetic "nap" Phenomenon, the Photosynthetic "nap" Phenomenon is mainly composed of stomatal limitation factors. Net Photosynthetic rate reduction of five kinds Ligularia respectively suffered by the different environmental factors influence, in L.fischeri net Photosynthetic rate and Photosynthetic available radiation were very significant positive correlation, and transpiration rate is a significant positive correlation; in L.schmidtii (Maxim.) Makino only net Photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate were very significant positive correlation, the other three kinds of Ligularia were no correlation between each factor relationship. In the light of natural lighting conditions, the saturation point and compensation points of five k inds Ligularia are as follows:L.fischeri 1054.62μmol·m-2·s-1 and 19.42μmol·m-2·s-1,L.intermedia Nakai 760.88μmol·s-1 and 38.29μmol·m-2·s-1,L.schmidtii;(Maxim.) Makino 995.37μmol·m-2·s-1 and 24.79μm ol·m-2·s-1,L.jaluensis Kom.651.15μmol·m-2·s-1 and 31.47μmol·m-2·s-1,L.vollosum Dong et Liu 811.21μmo l·m-2·s-1 and 71.5μmol·m-2·s-1; Experiments have found except L.villosum Dong et Liu, L.fischeri,L.jalu ensis Kom, L.intermedia Nacka, L.schmidtii (Maxim.) Makino are all cultivation C3 plants features, r epresent strong resistance to shadow ability, Light is narrow range in L.jaluensis Kom.and L.intermedi a Nakai, light relatively broad range in L.fischeri and L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino, it shows the intro duction cultivation in L.jaluensis Kom.and L.intermedia Nakai asked for a harsh lighting conditions, s o introduction have larger difficulty;and that L.villosum Dong et Liu shows heliopHile plant of shade tolerance, growth of light environment requirement is lax, introduction and promotion application is relatively easier.2.50% and 70% shady treatments, through index determination of the plant form, chloropHyll content, net Photosynthetic rate and the chloropHyll fluorescence parameters, it shows moderate shade is favorable to increase of plant morpHological index and the chlorophyll content, net Photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency,qP,NPQ,ΦPS II in five kinds Ligularia, which L.intermedia Nakai,L.jaluensis Kom.and L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino in 50% shady treatments, L.fischeri in 70% shady treatments, and L.villosum Dong et Liu in full light all achieve the best level about above indexes. It is not only can improve species of Photosynthesis, also can promote the vegetative growth, so L.jaluensis Kom,L.intermedia Nakai and L.schmidtii (Maxim.) Makino suitable at about 50% shade environment conditions to grow, L.fischeri suitable 70% shade environment, and L.villosum Dong et Liu suitable cultivation in full light environment.3. In CK and S2 environmental conditions, Five kinds Ligularia produce Photosynthetic "nap" Phenomenon. In CK environment L.intermedia Nakai and L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino are caused by the mesopHyll cell activity decline not stomatal limitation factors, L.jaluensis Kom,L.villosum Dong et Liu and L.fischeri are caused by stomatal limitation factors; In S2 environment L.intermedia Nakai,L.jaluensis Kom.and L.villosum Dong et Liu all is caused by the stomatal limitation, while L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino and L.fischeri are caused by stomatal limitation.4. In S1, S2 and CK three environmental conditions, through multiple stepwise regression and partial correlation coefficient analysis method, concluded that In S1, S2 and CK three environmental conditions optimal equation of five kinds Ligularia, Through the optimal equations show, in CK environment affect the main factor net Photosynthetic rate of L.jaluensis Kom are T1,Cr and Ci, L.intermedia Nakai are PAR and T1, L.fischeri are PAR and RH,L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino are Ta and Gs,L.villosum Dong et Liu are PAR and Ci and RH;in S1 environment L.jaluensis Kom are T1 and Ci, L.intermedia Nakai is Ca, L.fischeri are T1,RH and Ta,L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino are Tr,VPD and RH,L.villosum Dong et Liu are Ta and VPD;in S2 environment L.jaluensis Kom are PAR and Ci,L.intermedia Nakai are PAR,T1 and Ca,L.fischeri is Ta,L.schmidtii(Maxim.) Makino are Gs and PAR,L.villosum Dong et Liu are RH and Ci.Comprehensive evaluation and analysis, light adaptability from strong to the weak sequence about five kinds Ligularia:L.villosum Dong et Liu> L.schmidttii Maxim.)Makino> L.fischeri.> L.intermedia Nakai> L.jaluensis Kom.
