This experiment was conducted to investigate the growth performance and organ indexes of Meat sheep crossbred male lambs with the same variety,age and weigh.80 lambs were randomly assigned to four groups with one group fed corn straw powder + concentrate food(group A),and the other three groups fed Chinese hay + concentrate food(group B),Chinese hay particle + concentrate food(group C)or mixed particle with Chinese hay + concentrate food(group D).A slaughter trial was performed at the finishing of experiment.The experiment lasted for 80 d.The results showed as follows: The late heavy of group D experimental animals was higher than that of group A and group B and group C significantly,higher than the three 22.13%,26.61% and 22.13% respectively;Dry matter intake of group C was significantly higher than group B 7.89%,dry matter intake of D group was higher than that of group A and group B and group C significantly,higher than the three 10.99%,14.25% and 10.99% respectively;Material weight of Group D and group C was lower than in group A and group B significantly,material weighs ratio of group D less than group C,but did not reach significant level.Live weight before slaughter of Group D >live weight before slaughter of group C > live weight before slaughter of group A> live weight before slaughter of group B;The change of experimental animals rule of the same as the live weight before slaughter;There was no significant difference between experimental animal slaughter rate.PH24h in group A was lower of 3.48%,3.48% and 4.31% than group B,group C and group D respectively,and a significant difference was found.The filtration rate of group A and group B significantly higher than that of group D and group C,group A cooking loss is higher than group B,C and D 6.02%,8.66% and 13.14% respectively,and A significant difference was found,B,C and D was not significant difference between the three groups;Crude protein content in group D muscle higher than group A and group B 4.78% and 2.53% respectively,and the significant difference was found;Crude fat of Group D content in muscle higher than in group A,B and C 21.54%,12.86% and 2.60% respectively.Amino acid content in each treatment group of mutton are relatively rich,required in the human body essential amino acid content was 50.53%,50.53%,50.56% and 50.53% respectively.Apparent digestibility of dry matter of Group D was higher than group B and group C 8.56% and 5.41% respectively,and the significant difference was found;Apparent digestibility of organic matter of Group D was 5.45% higher than group B;Protein apparent digestibility of group D was higher than group B and group C 5.81% and 3.80% respectively.Detergent fiber neutral apparent digestibility of group D higher than group B and group C 9.06% and 4.78% respectively,and the significant difference was found.Filter paper enzyme activity of Chinese hay mixed particle group was significantly higher than that of Chinese hay cut and Chinese hay particle groups.
