From April 2015 to December 2015,on the basis of adequate field investigation and preliminary preparation of the Salamandrella keyserlingii,the growth and development regularity of the Salamandrella keyserlingii in tadpole period,the growth and development of the Salamandrella keyserlingii during the terrestrial life and the growth and development of no hibernation feeding Salamandrella keyserlingii were studied under the condition of artificial rearing,the experimental results were statistics and analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 23.0.The study is divided into four parts,the first part is from April 2015 to March 2016,to conduct field research and pre-test preparation.The second part was in April 2016 to July 2016,to carry out the artificial rearing experiment of Salamandrella keyserlingii in tadpole period,record each group's Salamandrella keyserlingii tadpoles in the feeding cycle of weight,total length,survival rate and the metamorphosis rate,to compare the differences between the feeding cycle and the groups.The third part is from August 2016 to September 2016,to carry out the feeding experiment of Salamandrella keyserlingii during the terrestrial life,record weight,total length,body length and tail length of Salamandrella keyserlingii larva and adult in each feeding cycle,to compare and analyze the differences between the feeding cycle and the groups.The fourth part was in October 2016 to December 2016,to carry out the no hibernation feeding experiment of Salamandrella keyserlingii,recorded weight,total length,body length and tail length of Salamandrella keyserlingii larva and adult in each feeding cycle,to compare and analyze the differences between each feeding cycle and each groups.The results are as follows:1)Growth and development of Salamandrella keyserlingii in tadpole period during the artificial feedingThe growth and development of Salamandrella keyserlingii in tadpole period was negatively correlated with the natural enemy density,the impact is not significant when the ratio of natural enemies is 25.0%;the impact is significant when the ratio of natural enemies is 50.0%;the impact is extremely significant when the ratio of natural enemies is 75.0%.The Salamandrella keyserlingii tadpoles after 40 days of age,because of the natural enemies gradually metamorphosis,the effect of the Salamandrella keyserlingii tadpoles was gradually weakened.The effect of Natural enemies on the survival rate of the predators of the Salamandrella keyserlingii was significantly irreversible,at the same time also caused the Salamandrella keyserlingii tadpoles metamorphosis of the delay.2)Growth and development of Salamandrella keyserlingii during the terrestrial lifeThe larval period is the critical period of the growth and development of the Salamandrella keyserlingii,their body weight,total length,body length and tail length in the larval stage of growth speed is faster than adult period.The growth rate of the Salamandrella keyserlingii in the feeding of tenebrio molitor larvae is faster than the feeding of chironomid larvae,feed in the premise of adequate protein,improve the feed content of fat and energy,which can promote the growth and development of Salamandrella keyserlingii.In the relevant environment factors remain in a certain range of relatively stable state.(Temperature 16 ~ 27 ?,Humidity 55% ~ 60%,Water temperature 16 ~ 24 ? water temperature,etc),Salamandrella keyserlingii did not enter the hibernation state on time.Under the condition of artificial feeding,the correlation between the indexes of body weight and body size of Salamandrella keyserlingii during the terrestrial life was significant,the optimal regression equation between the body weight and body size of the Salamandrella keyserlingii was determined by multiple linear regression analysis: Y=-19.121+3.526X+1.231Z(R=0.816,R~2=0.742,correction R~2=0.748).3)Growth and development of Salamandrella keyserlingii during the no hibernation feedingThe Salamandrella keyserlingii in the process of no hibernation to maintain its growth and development in the land during the development trend,larval growth and development faster than adult,adult growth and development rate tends to be slow and stable.In the glass constant temperature ecological rearing tank in the relevant environmental factors remain within a certain range of relatively stable state(Temperature 16 ~ 18 ?,Humidity 55% ~ 60%,Water temperature 16 ~ 17 ?,etc),which can break the hibernate habits of Salamandrella keyserlingii,to continue growth and development in the hibernation period.Under the condition of artificial feeding,the correlation between the indexes of body weight and body size of Salamandrella keyserlingii during the no hibernation life was significant,the optimal regression equation between the body weight and body size of the Salamandrella keyserlingii was determined by multiple linear regression analysis: Y=-19.128+3.536X+1.238Z(R=0.826,R~2=0.747,correction R~2 =0.778),which can provide reference for the Salamandrella keyserlingii feeding and further study.
