Clutch is one of the core components of tractor transmission lines,which depending on the friction torque between the pressure plate and the driven disc friction plate for power transmission.It is connected with the engine in the transmission system,and its separation and engagement process has a direct impact on the quality and safety of vehicle shift.At present,the clutch research focuses on the study of individual components,few researchers have analyzed the clutch assembly as a whole system,which limits the improvement of clutch structure to some extent.In this paper,the double action clutch of the tractor is taken as the research object,the working principle of clutch is analyzed.The failure forms and maintenance methods of double action clutches are summarized.The structure parameters are designed and analysised based on the original product design,then three-dimensional model are established.With ANSYS workbench as the platform,the modal analysis and static analysis of the main clutch assembly,nonlinear analysis of key components are carried out.It is found that the main clutch structure is prone to stress concentration at the hub of the driven plate.At the same frequency,the internal spline and the fixed plate of the friction plate appear large deformation.The deformation of pressure plate is not obvious.After the modal analysis,it is found that the yield strength of the material is more than the yield strength,occurrence of warpage at2426.7Hz.Harmonic response analysis shows that the disc spring separation refers to the stress concentration of the root,the displacement deformation is large in X and Y direction.The numerical analysis results provide a basis for further optimization of the double action clutch.Gray correlation analysis method is introduced in the reliability analysis of the double acting clutch,combined with the failure mode of clutch,production and processing,engineering test and customer feedback and so on,based on the subjective comprehensive measurement and quantification mathematical model,the data of the performance parameters of the clutch is analyzed.The mathematical model of gray correlation is established,and the reliability evaluation sequence of the clutch is determined.Both the gray correlation analysis method and the generalized gray correlation analysis method are used to evaluate the reliability of the clutch.After comparing the results of two methods with statistics of clutch production site,it isfound that the optimal prototype sequence obtained by the generalized gray correlation analysis is closer to the engineering practice.Finally,the separation character test of the clutch assembly,the durability test of the assembly and the test of the load characteristics of the disc spring are carried out.Through the comparison of the test data,the validity of the numerical analysis and the reliability analysis results are further verified.
