Breeding is the crack of three-line hybrid cotton in Xinjing cotton production costs and promote the problem area is reducing year by year.Large area applied to the production of hybrid cotton in Xinjing,the key lies in whether the breeding of early-maturing high yield and quality of strong Heterosis hybrid combinations and solve simple hybrid and low cost.Study of three-line hybrid cotton in Xinjing has a very important meaning.By three-line hybrid cotton in Xinjing cotton genetic effect analysis of main selection index,cotton in three different types of parents and their F1 hybrids between yield and fiber quality,lint and other genetic rule;its parent of GCA and SCA,to filter out the high advantages of hybrid.Yin Mian 2 Hao State approved three varieties of hybrid cotton hybrid after the separation of sterile 5 generations of backcrossing 7 CMS.Meanwhile Yin Mian 2 hao hybrid separation plant sterile strains track,tests measuring genetic filter blending technology transfer 5Restorer lines.2014 and 2015 foy three breeding parent variety test and artificial pollination tests verify field performance of the three-line parents and adoption of three lines seed.Summer of 2015 bred 7 CMS and 6 Restorer line 7X6NC?,preparation of 42 combinations,on the F1 generation output of seed cotton,lint and statistical analysis of combining ability and genetic variance of fiber quality.Winter of 2013 respectively,into CMS 225A?20A?248A?228A?22A?89A and 70A?Summer of 2014 respectively breeding Restoter lines 420R?204R?278R?186R?195R.Field performance of the three-line parents primarily CNS growth stage than its counterpart as early as 3—5 days of maintainer,Percentage low 5—8%,Length long 1—2mm.Restorer of yield and quality than previous restorers had increased.Three pollination system simple,production of the finished product than the emasculation of seed pollination seed production seed of finished products,127.63 Yuan.7 CMS and 6 Restorer line 7X6NC?,on the F1 generation output of seed cotton,lint and statistical analysis of combining ability and genetic variance of fiber quality.Yield was affected by both dominant and additive effects,and may be affected by overdominance effects.Lint percentage,length,micronaire and strength were predominantly affected by additive effect,partly by partial dominance effect.In the sterile lines,3-248 A showed the highest general combining ability,2-20 A and 6-89 A showed higher general combining ability,but other restorer lines showed low or negative general combing ability.In the restorer lines,12-278 R showed the highest general combining ability,8-420 R and 9-186 R showed higher general combining ability,but other restorer lines showed low or negative general combing ability.In cross combinations,2×9 showed the highest specific combining ability,6×12,4×9,3×8 and 6×8 showed higher specific combining ability,exhibiting 23.33%,16.67%,15%,10.83% and 5% higher yield than that of control respectively,but other combinations showed low or negative specific combining ability.Homemade method of breeding of Restorer lines than the previous method is simple,rapid,easy operation,suitable also for multiple utilization of breeding.Three pollination system simple,production of the finished product than the emasculation of seed pollination seed production seed of finished products,127.63 Yuan.Signifcant savings in the cost of cotton farmers to use hybrid seeds,in favour of three-line hybrid cotton area of Xinjing to plant and realizing industrialization of hybrid production.This study provided the academic foundation for screening high hererosis hybrid combination by using genetic effect analysis of the yield,lint percentage and fiber quality of F1 generation made between 7 sterile lines and 6 restorer lines with 7×6NC? cross design.
