| This experiment was to study effects of phycocyanin(Cyprinus multitaenata pellegrin et Chevey)to growth performance,feed utilization rate,body composition,amino acids,fatty acids,fat and protein metabolism,serum biochemical and liver pancreas and intestinal digestive enzyme index.The average weight of Cyprinus multitaenata pellegrin et Chevey is 38.5 ±0.5g and randomly divided into 6 groups,feeding 0(control grou P),respectively,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,0.9%,six different gradient of the phycocyanin.Each group have three repeat and each repeat 30 fishs.G0 as control group,and experimental group of G100,G300,G500,G700,G900 respectively is added in 100,300,500,300,500 mg/kg phycocyanin of five different levels phycocyanin based on G0.Test cycle is 60 days.The experimental results show that:1.Weight gain rate,Special weight gain rate of the Cyprinus multitaeniata are significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);G700 and G900 in the grop feed coefficient decreases with increasing of phycocyanin,and significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05),the G700 group and G900 added Protein efficiency is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05);phycocyanin of high protein content group(0.9%)of Cyprinus multitaeniata feed coefficient and the reducing of the feeding rate,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);The experiment of all the liver volume than the add group,dirty body fat ratio and full difference was not significant(P > 0.05).Hence infer phycocyanin to a certain extent can improve Cyprinus multitaeniatas growth and feed utilization rate.2.all crude protein,crude fat,moisture content had no significant influence(P > 0.05)on Cyprinus multitaeniata between control Group and the experimental group.Cyprinus multitaeniatas back muscle’s crude protein content rise On the whole,and the highest in the G500 group(P < 0.05),other experimental group are significantly higher than the control group;Back muscle crude fat content showed a trend of decline after rising and the lowest is G700 group,other groups of crude fat levels were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05);Groups of moisture,crude ash content differences between back no statistical significance(P > 0.05).But have significant effects on Cyprinus multitaeniata’s back muscle crude fat(P < 0.05),the G500 and G900 group’s back muscle crude protein also has a significant effect(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the G500,the G700,the G900 group of total amino acids,essential amino acid amount and tasty amino acid amount was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05),but no significant difference between the three experimental groups,which suggests that a certain amount of phycocyanin can improve the Cyprinus multitaeniata’s total amount of amino acid in the body and affect the nutritional quality of the muscle.4.For antioxidant indicators,Cyprinus multitaeniataserum’s SOD,CAT,LSZ,MDA content were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05)in addition to the G100,total antioxidant capacity has increasing trend but not significant(P > 0.05).For Nonspecific immune indicators are are similar with antioxidant indicators exce Pt G100,aspertate aminotransferase levels were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05)and lysozyme is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05).Each group of AKP(AKP content had no significant difference(P > 0.05).So suggesting add a certain amount of phycocyanin can improve Cyprinus multitaeniataserum’s oxidation and can improve the immune function.5.Serum levels of fat and protein metabolism,in addition to the G100 group in serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);Total protein,albumin,globulin increases trend but not significant.Thus phycocyanin can promote the absorption of fat,strengthen the liver metabolism of protein and the use of nitrogen.6.Compared with the control group,each exerimental group of liver pancreas and intestinal protease levels were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05),whereas Cyprinus multitaeniataserum’s pancreatic amylase,lipase levels had no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the liver and intestine,which suggesting that phycocyanin has effect on Cyprinus multitaeniataserum’s liver pancreas and intestinal protease activity and the liver pancreas is greater than the influence of the intestinal tract;Amylase,lipase activity in liver pancreas and intestinal little impact.By adding a certain amount of algal blue protein can improve the Cyprinus multitaeniataserum’s digestive enzyme activity,accelerate the feed digestion,and more effective use of feed,reduce feed coefficient.To sum up,adding a certain amount of phycocyanin in the Cyprinus multitaeniataserum’s feed can improve the growth performance,oxidation resistance,immunity and also enhance the digestive ability of multitaeniataserum and improve the efficiency of feed utilization,at the same time,to some extent,can improve the amino acid content of Cyprinus multitaeniataserum.This experiment recommend’s adding amount is 0.7% to 0.9%. |
